◆作品概要◆
新世代シンフォニック・パワー・メタル・バンド、Chaos O Sanctuary/カオス・オー・サンクチュアリ始動！デビュー作解禁。
歌詞は一連の物語となっており、まるで自分が物語を体験している様な感覚を与える「ロールプレイングミュージック」をコンセプトとし、音、アートワーク、ビジュアル、平均年齢20代半ばにして他の追随を許さぬ究極芸術を世に放つ。
シンフォニックパワーメタルを基軸にしつつ、クワイアと緻密なアレンジを施したオーケストレーションの重厚な重なりを真髄としている。
METALボーカリストの枠に収まりきらない透明感のあるフランス人ボーカリストAndyの歌声は必聴。
日本のメロディック・スピード・メタルの代表格Unlucky MorpheusのバイオリニストJillがゲスト参加。
今作のアートワークはブラジルより、Dragonforce等でお馴染みのCaio Caldas氏が手掛けている。
デビュー作である今作は、アルバム3部作で完結する長編物語の第１部の序章にあたる。舞台は「遥か昔に存在した天に浮かぶ国」。この先の作品に続く壮大な物語の導入部となっている。
作品に一切の妥協を許さず年月をかけて作り上げられた今作は、日本のみならず世界のステージに躍り出るポテンシャルを見せつけることだろう。2010年代のMETALシーン最後にして最大の注目METALバンドのデビュー盤。
