Thank you for this video!! I'm flying first class for the first time. My hubby surprised me a trip to Destin from Dallas 😊 Everything looks incredible!!!

I had the short rib on my last trip... I killed that off!! It was great!! Looking forward to our next trip in June!

Glad you had a good first class experience. Lately flying first class on American has been a toss up! It is always better than the purgatory of economy, but the level of comfort and service is often way below what 9:46 😊 we experienced in economy in days gone by,

A few things about AA I've noticed is, they always seem to give me a pre-departure drink, supply a good meal; even on the shorter flights (2 hours)... and refer to me by name.

Wow, your wife’s food looked delish! I am flying AA for the first time this summer, hopefully my experience is good. I am usually a Delta/United person, but this flight was very affordable.

I’m traveling first class to Miami in a couple of days. I’ve pre-ordered the short rib with Mac & cheese.. looks like I made the right choice 😂

Really good video. I like American first class. Headed down to Cancun in January on American and we get dinner on the way back. It’s going to be short ribs if it’s still an option.

Just got off a delta flight today in first, box lunch...American is doing domestic first/business better these days IMO.

The unidentified part of the food is hummus I think.

I have a FF account with American, but never did first class. Going to do it this June from Vegas to Orlando with a layover in Texas. When I booked the tickets, it said you can choose your meal in 30 days prior to the flight online. Not sure what the choices would be, nobody has ever shown this on the net or here on YT.

I may have on a AA trip report in the past, but I didn't on this one...just login to your trip in the 30 day window and look at your trip details. I think the "order your meal" option comes up in the details section. Have a great trip!

And that is why i book early. All that insane extra leg room in row 1. I don't use a carry-on so nothing to store. My tablet and phone sit in the compartment nicely. I also like that nobody will ever encroach on me leaning back a seat all the way. I only go a tiny bit back and always ask the person behind if they're ok. Only one time i was exhausted and leaned all the way. Person asked if I'd mind pulling up a little. Was no problem. They were very polite about it. I initially thought they wanted me upright all the way, but said no. They put their hand out and when i touched, it was plenty far, probably 3/4 back. It was nice to have them behind me. I know if it happened in coach, it would be a huge issue.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It's always nice to hear about the benefits of booking early and the extra legroom in row 1. It sounds like you've had some pleasant interactions with fellow passengers too. Safe travels!

I’m flying first class for the first time ever this year, and I’m excited and nervous. I’ve flown economy lots of times. Any advice?

Settle in and enjoy it...when the FA comes by and ask if you need anything, go for it! Depending on the airline and availability, you may be able to order a meal. I had to order the short rib for my wife on this flight. Something to check.
Be aware, it may ruin you for sitting in economy. Not sure if you know Seinfeld, but there's a great episode where Elaine wants to sit in first and Jerry talks her out of it since it will ruin her economy experience in the future, some truth there...one of my favorite episodes.

I am soon to be on a flight in first class between OKC and CLT. We are departing at 6:13 am and breakfast is to be included. I had no options to select the meal, like I did with the business class flight from CLT to FRA. Any experience with a morning first class flight?

I've had a few. I've had pre-made omelets to an assortment of fruit, yogurt, & cereal with AA. Unfortunately nothing recently.

Thank for your review, Domestic hardly gets covered! Looks like you had a fun traveling partner ! When's the last time you flew business class, dare I ask

If you take a look at my channel, I just flew Air Canada‘s business class from Vancouver to Toronto. It’s been three or four years since I did business class with American, but that flight is also on my channel and features a passenger who gets kicked off at the end!

The flight was good, I don't recall any turb on this flight. Smooth and silky if I remember right.

I have been seeing videos of the snow around Lake Tahoe, so the misery maps will be extensive in Northern California.

Much of my weather comes from Northern Nevada, and we've been having regular bursts of snow and wind. Thankfully it's melting quickly...I'm ready for spring!

    How much is the food

    • @TrizityTraveling
      @TrizityTraveling  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

It's included with the first/business class ticket, so no extra charge if you are already in business.

ALL of the Florida airports are that slow with the luggage. It must be a unionized group working the baggage pick up. Sky Harbor is the fastest I’ve experienced.
