I modded the game for more than 150 hours until i find this "good" combination so that the game dont crashes that often.
LSPDFR is a mod for GTA V.
In LSPDFR you play GTA as a cop... you can drive to callouts or you can just patrol.

In regards to Mr.Lancaster's 11-86 I don't know if u noticed but there was Registration on the vehicle but the Reg was Expired. You could have asked him if he knew the Reg was
Expired & go from there. Typically Expired DL/Insurance/Reg is a Citable Offense but u also could have Towed the Vehicle since the grace period was way passed already depending
on the Drivers Attitude of course.
I probably would have done a bit more police work in regards to the 10-32 Subject u detained at the LS Hospital Entrance like check to see what he was doing, checked to see if
the Firearm was Registered to him | Not Stolen, Checked to see if he was in any way 10-30 & then check w/LS Hospital Staff to see if they wanted him Trespassed.
Another situation like Mr.Danielowki's where someone freaks out after being lit up by a LEO & he/she flees instead of just stopping. He would have only been 10-15 for his Eluding & Suspended
DL 10-30 but he decided to add another Eluding Charge, Leaving the Scene of multiple MVA's as he was Fleeing, ETC.
