The Obito being crushed by a massive boulder is definitely the biggest plot hole here. While I don't think his heart would be crushed. (Being that's on Obito's left side of his body.) Half of his head being crushed, alone should be instant death. Nevermind he shouldn't even have a right eye to use Kamui itself. Of course Kamui is also a plot hole, but not as big as half of Obito being crushed. At least some of Kamui's more minor plot holes could be explained away.
Well just gaining chakra wouldn't do anything for his blindness and that was technically kurama when they were fighting obito then later with the cloak but yes. Everything during the fight against the 7 ninja swordsman is fair game. The only logical excuse i can think of is bijuu chakra has heavy healing abilities even in small doses so that could explain why Kakashi didn't go blind. Like Naruto repaired his punctured lung with basic bijuu chakra from kurama so healing eyesight should be even easier. Still though that much use is a bit much to believe.
you could also try reacting to the "character vs. character" power scaling videos although you don't seem like someone interested in that kind of content. Also for the six paths sage mode, it's stated in the data book that it grants it's user unconscious mastery of the technique and all knowledge of chakra and how to use it. It allows the user to master techniques faster than even a rinnegan user can. For some reason the show never tells us that so they probably omitted it. I don't really care much for the data books but it's a semi-reasonable explanation although there are holes that can be poked in it( how obito couldn't use kamui in his jinchuriki form despite being a user of six paths senjutsu). And yeah, Hashirama cells did prevent his sharingan from decaying (headcanon) As for Obito surviving that rock, well, remember that Naruto literally got tombstoned onto solid ground from the top of the statue at final valley, which I must stress is about AS TALL AS A PERFECT SUSANOO (about 100m or so). Yet, his head didn't freaking explode from the impact. So Obito surviving the rock may not be too far fetched

If so then that's the generally accepted answer; it was stated Hashirama had healing and huge sums of chakra(also wood style but to this argument that's not important) so increasing ones chakra supply and naturally healing are both things to help MS abilities. You use my eyes n bring me back to life when you are about to die whether in the midst of a fight or old age. Then I do the same n we keep repeating over n over. Imagine one thinking he killed Madera Only to see a fresh obito appear n vice versa. I don't think anyone could beat 2 same eyes Obito (meaning with Madera's eyes he still has his ability at rennigan level)
If you're talking about renne-rebirth it has a limit. Nagato used it after he attacked konaha but jiraiya wasn't brought back even though he was killed shortly before. Idk if it was just days or weeks but still he died much closer to Nagato using it than obito possibly using it after getting the Rennegan. Unless Madara only died like right around the time sasuke killed Itachi it would've been too long.

Here's another plot hole. If half of obito's body is Hashirama cells, then why did his sharingan not evolve into the rinnegan? Because in order for the rinnegan to develop naturally, a person must have the same chakta as the sage of 6 paths. And all that takes is to have both Senju and Uchiha DNA.

Therefore, at the time of the war arc, where Hashirama and Madara were alive, they were reincarnations yes, but the chakra has already left their body.
