Taylor, your enthusiasm is contagious! I thought I was the only one that got that much joy from cutting rocks open to see what's inside but you're definitely as excited as I am for every single reveal. Thanks for sharing.
OMG I need fan!!! SOOOOO MANY BANDS!!!😳The colors and the white is just outstanding!!! All are stunning!!! I think the last was my fav because it's not common and the ones with the quartz reminds me of the "tunnel with the white light at the end!" That's a true gift!🧡
Wow those agates have really beautiful bands on the inside. Those were worth cutting open. I like the one at 2:36. Thanks for sharing. Liked. From Jordan
Exquisite agates! The lavender to bluish gray with the perfectly packed parallel banding is beyond spectacular! Wow! ❤ I couldn’t wait to see this vid and it did not disappoint. 🎇
I am literally the only rockhound I know in Botswana 🇧🇼. Its so bad sometimes people think I'm crazy. It would be really nice finding these people that share the same interests.
First one looked like an oyster. You can't go wrong with Botswana, they always seem to be amazing. Doesn't seem to have many fractures. Well done! ❤️🎸🏏
Had to come back quickly to hit the LIKE button. Loved them all but my favorite was the Translucent one with the beautiful Orange Band. I think it was the last one in your video. It was a stand-out to me, loved seeing them all though.
Awesome agates! A local rock shop near me have annual clearance sales and last year, I bought a 5-gallon bucket of Botswana Agates! They never fail to surprise me when I cut into one. I barely made a dent in the bucket though, still have 75% of that bucket to cut! 😄 Thanks for the great video!
Hello , I am loving your show, I watch everything I can . My younger brother is gravel bar hopper. B.J. He definitely enjoys your efforts also. You are very passionate in all you do. I think that’s the best part. You educate your audience very well, not much left to do but sit back and watch enjoy- cheers to you and your family. Buy thy way my name is Joseph, it’s my pleasure. I’m ok if you share this. Bye now
It's so amazing to me how nature replicate itself to me they all look like butterfly wings back-to-back!!! Or like the beginning of a moth stunning!!🦋🦋🦋🦋
Hi Taylor! I am an agate enthousiast myself, and if you are okay with it, I would like to give a tip. The agates you cut tend to go a bit too fast. They end up with micro fractures, which make them more difficult to polish in the end. You can see all the small white markings that follow each other up, those are fractures from cutting too fast or rough😊
Well I agree they have micro surface fractures, most clips are sped up if that’s not known but I am working on figuring out how to maintain cooler blade and water temperature to minimize this issue. I actually talk about this in tomorrows video 😂
@@AgateDad awesome! It can have all sorts of causes. If you buy agates cut in China, they will all have these fractures. Luckily, I don't have this problem at home😅
Hi, I am Lori. From Auburn California. I watch your channel a couple times a day. I enjoy your stuff. So, what I want to know is, how much do you think it would cost to get started with this for a beginner ? Of course on a smaller set up. Your input will be so appreciated and make me feel special to. Thank you so much.
I get closed captioning…..it said, “Let’s go cut some maggots.” LOL It is great fun to watch you cut. The last of the skinny rocks (third?) looked like two grey feathers. Thanks.
Thanks for watching! Hit that SUBSCRIBE button if you’re new to our channel and want to join us on more fun cutting adventures!

So amazing!
Glad you think so!
Dziękuję💚Każdy z tych agatów jest wyjątkowy. Pozdrawiam z Polski😊
What a beauties! 🥰🥰🥰

How long do your saw blades typically last?
Depends on how frequently I use the saw and what kind of material I am using. I usuallt make it at least a couple months to 6 months.
I'm motswana geologist, i wish i could send some of my finds to you to review in your channel❤
At 9:47 it looks like the water is going up instead of down lol so weird
ola! apreciando essas belezas da natureza, gosto das ágatas, também trabalho com pedras, inscrição e like
Como se llama esa máquina para cortar ágatas y donde la puedo comprar
10” Hi Tech Diamond saw (linked in description)
I like it stone
Magnifique ..... j'aimerais en trouver de si belles :)
2:33 WHAT A BEAUT. Oh my! 🤤😍♥️👑🌍🛐✝️
¡ ¡¡ Me gustan todas! ! !
Me too!
butterflies and elf ears
Ok someone help me out. Why is he so comfortable with his finger so close to the saw blade?
Because it’s a lapidary saw with a continuous diamond blade (toothless) and that blade grinds the stone. It’s not like a wood saw.
@@AgateDad so how bad is it when it nips ur finger?
How do you have all your fingers? That looks pretty dangerous.
It’s not
❤❤❤
The first one looked like an oyster...
👍👍
