One thing I would def want to add is stairwell access to the upstairs balcony, so that that area is connected to the grounds and that you wouldn’t need to go through the main home area to get there.

Man honestly, I was looking at Cedar Hill way before the pandemic bc those homes over by the lake were damn worth the money. It was just Cedar Hill has this eerie feeling to it. There’s also that house at the top of the hill. I think there’s a mansion that still on the market too. This is dope tho.
I moved from a mid rise apt in downtown Dallas to Cedar Hill where I bought my 1st home. Absolutely love it and nothing "eerie" about it, not sure what u mean by that. One poster said it was "congested." It is not so Ion know where she gets her "supply" from...lololol. CH is the highest elevation in DFW so views abound. I've lived here 20 years, a testament to how much I love the area.

Too many glass windows. The property is too exposed to the outside world with no security fence around it. Back yard looks a hot mess! No privacy in your living room with all the glass windows. Beautiful home, but my main concern is privacy and security. Which in this case this home has none.
