Excellent presentation about BoKlok, and good questions by Ryan Smith. Kudos for a for-profit developer trying to create attainable housing through vertical integration and standardization. I'm glad BoKlok are redoing the looks of the buildings, and hope there is some more development there so it looks less like "affordable housing". The one question I missed is: how far was BoKlok able to bring down the cost of construction through these efforts? Are they a lot cheaper than stick-built?
