13'6" x 26' x 9' high. I like. That works. Can you increase height if requested?

So what are the max width, height & length? Can I get 11' height? or 16' width? 40' lengths?

Do you need to keep the X framing on the sides, or does that go away once fully setup?

Have a lot that we are developing and was planning on doing a custom standard stick construction. But in the 2 plus years on getting Costal Commission and grading permit approval the cost of construction has nearly doubled. I am looking closely at modular builders and Connect Home is on the short list of builders given that we are in Southern California. Thanks to you and your panel for introducing the faces behind Connect Homes

As a developer, the main issue I've had is, trying to find a prefab that is cost-effective. I have not been able to compare apples to apples (prefab vs custom), and custom has always come on at a lower price.

This simplified diagrammatic process is only going to stay graphical. Having architects, developers and consultants in one place is not going to solve the efficiency of the projects. Imagine having lawyers, doctors and other self employed professionals in one place with all that ego.

Excellent presentation about BoKlok, and good questions by Ryan Smith. Kudos for a for-profit developer trying to create attainable housing through vertical integration and standardization. I'm glad BoKlok are redoing the looks of the buildings, and hope there is some more development there so it looks less like "affordable housing". The one question I missed is: how far was BoKlok able to bring down the cost of construction through these efforts? Are they a lot cheaper than stick-built?

Hey there, I just wanted to tell you that even though you're not getting a ton of views on these videos, you're really doing one hell of a job. The videos on your channel are chock-full of information but also digestible for people outside the field. I myself, for instance, am in a completely different field (contemporary history) and never would I ever have thought I could have the chance to learn something about such a specific (yet relevant) topic as off-site architecture in a way that was not exclusively scavenging through textbooks and academic papers. You're the only person on this platform making this kind of content, so please make as much more as you can!
