Hu Yi Tian is definitely a very efficient , responsible ,intelligent, calm and amiable kitchen helper and multitasker , very mindful of what is going on at all times , offering help where needed ! 😊👍And he is actually such a kind and caring person beneath ihis reserved and sometimes a bit aloof look ( from some of his interviews), looking out for his team mates’ well being .,offering cups of water to help and remind them to keep hydrated and offering help wherever needed in a calm rational way especially when faced with hot spur on the moment mini ‘ crises’ in the restaurant !👍😊 And like the other sister commented here, the back can hurt quite a bit and especially for someone tall like Hu Yi Tian … has to hunch or bend more, … especially in the initial stages as not used to it yet . But he had the tenacity and perseverance to go through it without much ado and in the later episodes, he seems to have adjusted his body positions very well , evermore enjoying his chores enthusiastically! You are doing an excellent job at the Restaurant, Hu Yi Tian!’chea Yu’💪👍👏🥰
Watching this makes my back hurt, too. I was a server here in the U.S. for 10 years. I still have that nightmare with customers grabbing for me demanding this and that, so I can’t get to the table of new guests. 😮 🤑💶 Here’s you a big tip. You’ve done a great job.👏 Oh, I’m one of your biggest fans. Is there a place anywhere online I can find out what projects you’re working on,etc? Information isn’t abundant over here.
