Recently started doing muay Thai, kickbox and english boxing. My goal for new year (new years eve) is to hit 10-12% bf by doing boxing and the gym while also improving my finances. By next summer I want to hit 10% bf and way better off financially.

🎈 People are eating a lot and are fat and that okay but it depends how healthy is that fat that is storaged 🎂 but they souls are annorectic and dont allow themselves to eat any good things and they body still dont have nitrition but stress is killing also 😦 I eat a lot of healthy foods and stress kills everything
