Thank you Natasha for filming and sharing this! I'm overwhelmed with all of the awesome compliments on here. I'm trying to keep the blues alive and having a blast doing this. I can only hope to play as good as Ally Venable and someday I'll be able to pull an aspiring guitar player up on stage and give them a chance to shine! Humbled.........

For what it's worth......I had no idea that this was going to happen. Her dad messaged me thru facebook and said if I had my guitar with me to meet him at the side of the stage. I had 5 minutes to get ready. I didn't know what song she wanted to play until I got up there and I'd never played that song before. I wasn't nervous until I got up there and saw all the people......holy crap!!! It was still an amazing experience and I can't thank Ally enough for taking a chance and bringing me up there with her. She didn't have to do that. She had never seen me play other than some videos online. Ally and her family are some of the nicest people around.
Hey Danny sweet playing!!!! A few things to remember. Don't do drugs. I can't stress that enough!! Clean and sober is the way. Stay humble. Don't ever let your attitude override your talent. Never stop growing musically and mentally. Have a great day.

Dude, that's nuts! I'm watching, thinking 'what's he doing up there? It looks like he doesn't know how to play this song.' Then you got it and did so well that I started thinking you were just nervous. You actually hadn't played that before? That's crazy! I especially like your contributions while the bass player was doing his thing. That really shows that you get the blues and not just know how to play a song.They were smooth and on point.

@@Xxmax8maxxX Think about the logic here. A woman dresses like that because she wants to; thinks it's cute, hot, etc., whatever her reasons. But depending on whether she's doing because she wants to be noticed vs just feeling herself is not known to onlookers.
Guys notice attractive woman. This isn't weird. This is basic biology; just like some women look for a man who are strong and stable, to protect and provide, a man looks for beauty as a sign of health and fertility.
The weird part is when men accost women they feel they are entitled to BECAUSE they attract them. Yes that's disgusting and yes those guys need to be put away because they don't know how to control themselves. But to act like men shouldn't have any attraction to beautiful women is asinine at best.

i feel like a proud parent. i watched danny grow up as his babysitter. it’s absolutely nuts to me to see him doing these shows. i remember when he first picked up the guitar. so so proud of you danny. you’re doing great things kid 🖤

That lad deserves to go on and be a true star. He has the music in his heart you can tell by his facial expressions.
What stands out is Danny's awareness and respect. So much communication in his eyes and knowing when to step in and step back, bases on cues from the band - absolutely complements every other player while taking the place he's offered. Not only an amazing player with a future in the business, but an amazing team player who will be a pleasure to play with. There are grown ups who can't work together like he can. Way to go Danny.
He actually learned the song from her during the first twelve bars while they were performing it. Nice work on the pick-up young man.

You can always tell when a player has crossed that line where they are now just playing what they hear in their head vs just playing rehearsed and recycled scales and licks and this little guy is so far over that line he’s developed severe guitar face already ! Well done mate can’t wait to see you playing packed gigs on your own soon

Very accurate numerical assessment of a top gig.
The guitar is likely new, it's appearance is probably old via the "relic" technique. I am only going by the neck being roasted maple which was not available until about 2018, if you knew someone. Of course it's possible the guitar had a new neck but then all the hardware / pick guard would have been new too or so it appears, at that point you'd have to ask if it's an "old guitar." I don't mean this in a negative way, the guitar is likely a custom shop making it about 4 times the value of a "regular" Strat and the kid deserves it more than just about anyone else.
I cant think of anything hotter than a georgous woman shredding a guitar! 🥰🥰🥰 total respect!!!!
