Made a pleasant change from trains . Nice and informative at the beginning and plenty of interesting scenes. Always wondering at such a site....which way to go.. Very good.
Have been to Steart several times over the year, to visit a friend sadly now deceased, but have not come across these hides. Must tell you about him sometime, an extraordinary fellow. Another visit due to see the reserve.
Yes there is much more there than I saw. I didn't get to see the actual village. If you can recommend any particular path to follow I would be interested to hear!
it was the first time I had seen the place.I often wondered how It got the Bristol part added to its name! That appeared to be missing on notices I saw as I passed through!
