- Since the 1.5 update came into Honkai: star rail (pause) intel users have been crashing and can't play the game. We intel minorities need to stand strong!

The same thing happened in Genshin, I solved that by changing the drivers. But, they don't work in Honkai unu
I think it was a different problem in Genshin than what's happening in HSR right now, even though it looks similar

@@joisaita6522 i've been trying to fix it until things got worse. when the launcher fix tools doesn't help anymore, i uninstalled the game and then i tried to reinstall it. it says "game file verification error" and does nothing but restart downloading and then repeat. tried to follow fix tutorials online, resetting my laptop, and i even e-mailed hoyoverse about the problem. I got a reply, so I'm trying their methods. But up to this date, I can't play it on my laptop. (I play on my phone, but I can't grind that much anymore)
In short, people, to run the game you need to have a video card from Nvidia or ATI (AMD)
This means that if I have Intel then I won't be able to play until I have another vídeo card?

maybe u can try play the game in cloudmoon just like what I did since the unity crash 🤧
i mean my game is running on my 4050 and still crashes mid moc or any boss really, idk why
I have the problem now at some parts in the story quest and I just don't know what to do
this is happened to me and the only thing that fixed this issue (for me at least) was disabling the xbox gaming optimization on settings, not sure if it would work for everyone tho.

I have intel graphics, so I guess that is why I am having the same problem... I downloaded thinking finally I won't have to get a new smartphone but... SAD...

i wanted to get to the game afterh months of not playing... but i got this problem and yeah.... getting a little pissed

For me I have this issue with the new area of the space station in 1.6.
Have never had this problem before... I had a friend log into my account and teleport me out if the area and it works fine, it's just the new area.
I also have the same problem... the new area is making me crash so hard i didnt even get to finish the event mission..

same Just now Everytime i do the Ruanmei Quest... when i try to Walk where the Quest begin.... It suddenly crash...

Along with this the problem of their launchers failing to unzip the game files is becoming more and more common if this keeps up I might just not play any of hoyoverse's games anymore it's too much of a hassle to fix and effort to uninstall and install the game over and over again.

I think it has to do with hoyo not supporting low end graphics like intel.Im not sure and I hope more than anything that I'm wrong and it's just a glitch that'll be fixed

When i first try to download Honkai Star Rail on PC it crashes on me like what the flip?! its currently on Version 1.6 yet it still crashes like just why how anyone managed to screw it up on PC & not mobile like can anyone agree that downloading Honkai Star Rail on PC which crashes seconds later after downloading is BS to you?!

Maybe you can change your device priority to only use your dedicated gpu
sigh and I wanted to play Star Rail after losing my Genshin account (I did the impossible and created a new account with an already used gmail out of curiosity because my original account didn't load im dumb)

So since Intel doesn't work anymore, what are the minimum requirements now?
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 or higher according to what I've read. It doesn't work on any intel chips. And it doesn't seem like hoyo's gonna fix it anytime soon.

Yeah, this video is when 1.5 patch happened so.... I guess it's really different now that I don't know what kind of device is affected anymore than the one that has Intel graphic card.

I've been doing that for a while now too and it works just don't forget to make your graphics driver into their respective previous version so the game models can load properly
@@Desyaxbebro, why i cant open my hsr on bluestack, its blackscreen while im enter the game
@chlosin to be honest, BlueStacks doesn't work for me either so I just use LDplayer and it works like a charm.

HSR now not working on low graphics intel but on next upd hoyoverse say to going fix it
You can play hsr on emulator

You can do that but... If you don't have a good CPU, your game is going to lag a lot

On a device with an Intel gpu, yes.
wtf my system isnt that bad i can run the game at 60fps in high graphics without any framedrops and it just crashes every 10 minutes into the game ...i really hope they fix it quick
