I have a question about mutually exclusive events. Are mutually exclusive events only independent events or it can be both independent and dependent events?
Mutually exclusive are completely different from independent there is no relation bw them. For independent P(A.B) = P(A).P(B)
For mutually exclusive p(A.B)=0
