Before watching your video, yes. The record is very much up for grabs. As a lifelong All Blacks fan who has a ticket to this game, im very nervous about it. Razor has not inspired much confidence in me as the national coach. The area we were bullied in was the loosies, and theres been no changes there in the starters. 2nd tests are usually all about emotion, especially when the favorite has lost the week before. The WC semi-final would suggest that Argentina played well beyond themselves last week. It's almost impossible to do that two weeks in a row in test rugby because it's so emotionally draining. Think of England in the 2019 WC final after obliterating NZ in the semi. The reason Ireland were able to beat NZ two weeks in a row in the summer of 22 was because Farrell made his players believe winning a series was possible before they even set foot in the country. The win in the 2nd test wasn't a massive surprise for them. Coming into the championship, a best-case scenario for Arg would have been a win against NZ, two home wins vs Australia, and a win against SA. That would be an outstanding championship. So really, it's job well done as far as the NZ tour goes. An extra bonus point or two would be even better. There's no way this NZ team is as bad as two home losses on the trot, one in Eden Park, would suggest, right? I expect NZ to come out hard and mean this week, and to win by a fair margin. If not, things are off to a disastrous start.
Sorry Argentina I think NZ will show up big time for this one, I think they'll see this as a final and it won't be a 1 point game either but last week all my predictions were wrong so I won't hold my breathe for this one.
I wonder if NZ playing so much in their own half ( welll done Argies) meant the forwards were a little risk averse (no penalties given away) meant they got dominated more and more as the gamme went on. Theres no doubt NZ crumbled under pressure towards the end of the game but we are in rebulding phase now.
Pumas know the double is their new standard now - i'd give them a good chance they have the talent, skills and motivation - and btw the AB's should get rid of those nun-like shirt collars, what were they thinking?
If Argentina had only beaten the All Blacks once, i would view the 2nd test at Eden Park as a possible win in favour to the All Blacks. Now that these two have had losses & wins against each other, im viewing this matchup as a 51% to 49% in favour of an AB victory.
Methinks that's the big step up between test rugby and provincial, regional or club rugby. If you coach the Crusaders, Toulouse or the Bulls, you play week in and week out. Lots of chances to try things and play around. In test rugby, every game matters and you have one chance to get it right.
As a Kiwi & a devout ABs fan, i must say that there were times in the past when I hoped we would lose?!..i mean, one can get tired of seeing their team win all the time, I kno i did..So now it's good to see the 'usually beaten' giving us a run. All Blacks by 20. I'm a Bok supporter, but I would never write off an All Black side that are hurting and hungry. Also, would be good for Boks if both NZ and Argies are won one, lost one 😎🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
I think Anton Lienert-Brown had to be dropped to the bench. He was rushing up to cut off the edge and Argentina pilled through the hole he left on a few occasions including leading up to the first Argentina try.
Tim regarding the combined teams please put the score out of 15 for the starters and also score outta 8 for the teams next to the names. Just more obvious. Tx. Albert 🤔
As a long-suffering Bok supporter, we all know about an AB backlash! It's not a pretty sight and teams generally go into damage control! I could be wrong but the ABs will gnashing their teeth for Saturday! It would be incredible to see The Pumas win 2 on the trot against the ABs!
On my feed this video is 7 mins since being posted- 166 views and ~10 comments. Impressive. To your question - yes, it’s at risk. For me the balance of the backrow remains wrong, but hoping for a black lash….
Argentina are a genuine threat in this comp and no longer the easy beats. They are elite and should probably roll the wallabies twice. They have a real chance at history here.
To be honest this is the first AB team I've seen where it looks to be a bit of mix and match without any overall strategy. There's a few players that shouldn't be starting. Have a feeling Los Pumas are going to go better this weekend, yes calling an AB loss, though I will of course be supporting the Blackness.
Key positions need to be kane starting, beaudon at first five and jordon at fullback. Use the best people in the most important positions and pick the team around them.
Besides Razor being way out of his depth and a bunch of assistant coaches which Razor has beaten for 7 years, NZ rugby have been playing themselves in Super rugby with Australia having given up Rugby Union. NZ Rugby needs to be playing international teams, like South Africa, in the URC and the European championship. South African rugby is growing, NZ rugby is struggling. Pride might get them over the line, but if Argentina turn up, the AB's will be very lucky to get a win.
I don't really understand why people keep saying australia has given up on rugby union. South Africa have literally been in the same situation australia are I now in the past. Losses to Japan and Italy, and getting absolutely destroyed 50 to nill against new zealand. SA isn't exactly growing, its just that they've finally got a strong team. Australia will eventually. Every team eventually goes through this phase. Wales are going through it right now too. They'll eventually find a way out of it
@@AbeHopwood the difference with south africa is they never dropped to the lower half of the top 10, or out of the top 10. they also never had a drought of world class players, it just took awhile to get those pieces to fit together they way the fit together now. rugby was always the #1 sport over there. im a kiwi, still live in nz but ik a lot of aussies. none of them care about union, even the few kiwis living in aus i know dont care either. you have a country with 5x the number of people as nz but less registered rugby players, and your numbers are declining faster than ours. australia will rise again but i do not believe they will ever be comparable to the best in the world again with out massive change.
@@myusernameizgud1722 Agreed. Like Tim, I’m a Pommy bastard, but I noticed the same thing when I lived in Oz as a uni student. Rugby just doesn’t have the appeal there that the NRL and Aussie Rules both enjoy. I don’t think the game will die out, but it will always be a fairly marginal, élite pursuit. In New Zealand, the game is much more egalitarian, not being the preserve of public school boys.
Dear Tim: very very different teams from the SF. Argentina did not have Matera in that game. Matera in the current form is 50% of the pack, emotionally

NZ has problems in the loose forward mix and at halfback. Also there’s inconsistency in selection . One minute ioane is out owing to performance then he’s back in again without showing form.
halfback position is not a problem at all. the inconsistency in selection is due to injury and giving others opportunity. we cant grow new talent if they dont play
Elite rugby is al about attitude. they are all capable of winning. The AB's will have a completely different attitude this week. Argies will get the backlashn not because they have improved but because they are determined.
So the AB's don't just have to turn up at games now. Not a bad thing and it's great seeing lower tier teams on the rise. It's not just an NZ v SA anymore although the Boks are on a high. What is surprising me most is this reacting to a loss by swinging the axe, where's your overarching game-plan Razor? Playing game to game is not building towards a future.
I would love to see Arg do it again, but its still the All Blacks. Will be much harder for Arg. In reality will be better for the boks if ABs have a good win. Dont want to have an angry AB side come to SA....
Realistically, the All Blacks are suffering from 3 key things. No forward pack - our best forwards are average at best. No self-belief - shown by our complete lack of composure and poor execution. No chemistry - it looks like you have 15 people playing by themselves against one team of 15 playing for each other. A champion team will always beat a team of champions, and the All Blacks currently are that team of champions who dont know how to play together. My 2 cence anyway, not that anyone gives a crap.
Not to mention assuming because it's a home game they are entitled to an automatic win, like in the past. It's great to see the kiwis struggle! I always say: an All Black loss is a win for World Rugby. The rugby world no longer revolves around the kiwis and its great to see other international teams lift, develop, and win!
@elscruffomcscruffy8371 that's a losers mentality for certain. It's pretty typical of people who struggle to see greatness because you're incapable of it yourself. You're not entitled to a win in anything in life, but the expectation for the All Blacks is to win every test, home and away.
Our forwards are soft and have no grunt. the backline is a mess, players are out of form and confused by the avalanche of coaching "expertise", and D Mac's fly in a bottle style. We will likely eke a win but it has to by 20 points plus.
One loss and the kiwis freak out They win a good competitive seeries against England: still not happy They will happily beat up Tier 2 nations and rack up big scores, then complain about the lack of competition: still not happy. The rugby world isnt about the All Blacks. Accept the loss and move forward
Argies should again target and take out captain Ardie, and presurise TJ no.9, like last week. Then do the same when Sam Cane comes on. Do not allow Dmac to go on the run and be in Caleb Clarcke's face.
What i find hilarious is that kiwi fans moan and groan about the lack of competition and challenge from opponents, then teams, who were once easy beats, come along and beat the All Blacks, the same fans then have a whinge and cant handle losing! Even the close win over England wasnt good enough for some. They are never happy haha
Easy win for the abs here. Argentina just pulled one out. It happens. Theyve beaten the boks 3 times also.l They are effectively the new france. Abs to still win the rugby championship as always. Boks are only 2 wins and 1 loss this year and one of those wins is against Australia lolololol
How did SA come into this…insecurity being shown here by the Kiwi supporters? Boks have played 3 times this year, twice against the only side on par with them at the moment. Boks will take this championship as well as the Mandela cup. Easy win, you’ve been beaten by Argentina 2 times in the past 3 years and both of them were away games for them…careful - it’s the 50th game a lot in on the line (could the pressure prove to much - I mean Razor has finally selected Cane).

It's just not in the realm of possibility, not for anyone. That team would probably rather die on that field than loose this game.
"Los récords están para ser batidos"(Dicho argentino)😅
I just don't see the AB's losing twice at home to Argentina.
You probably didn’t see them losing once either though
@@OskarBosco-o2w but they wont lose twice and they didnt
France did it in 1994 in Eden Park, correct me if i'm wrong. A long time ago, quite the record for the ABs. I'm salivating in advance.
Jesus not through this video and I'm getting notified about another from the great man Tim!
Without a quality #10 and a sluggish #9 the abs chances are diminished . Razor a bit mystifying at present but early days
Methinks that's the big step up between test rugby and provincial, regional or club rugby.
If you coach the Crusaders, Toulouse or the Bulls, you play week in and week out. Lots of chances to try things and play around.
In test rugby, every game matters and you have one chance to get it right.
Argentina for the win or draw!
We have an awful jersey so yes, it's definitely on the line!!
As a South African, I enjoy the All Blacks losing way more than the Springboks winning.
BIGGEST ARGENTINIAN ADVANTAGE = THEY NOW BELIEVE THEY CAN BEAT NZ and THEY WANT TO !!!!!!!!!!!!
lighting doesn't strike twice
I'm actually an expert on lightning and you'd be surprised to know how many times can it strike in the exact same place
@lcor2009 Lighting doesn't strike twice😂😂😂
As a Kiwi & a devout ABs fan, i must say
that there were times in the past when I
hoped we would lose?!..i mean, one can
get tired of seeing their team win all the
time, I kno i did..So now it's good to see
the 'usually beaten' giving us a run. God,
it took some of them long enuf aye?!.
Gr8 to see those Irish have finally got the
hang of it..Rugby that is, not sobriety..heh heh..heh..Smashin your Pommy overlords,
I love it..You've also got to give it to those Pumas espc after what the Poms put them
through years ago at Falklands?! Now they
get to show their not all maradona's while
they kick & stomp those Union Jacks!
& what's all this kerfuffle about the record
at the 'Garden of Eden' comin to an end?
After last wks loss, lots of armchair experts have gone 'chicken little', cryin ' the

I calm myself, remembering mother nature

All Blacks by 20. I'm a Bok supporter, but I would never write off an All Black side that are hurting and hungry.
Also, would be good for Boks if both NZ and Argies are won one, lost one 😎🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
ABs were hurting after 2nd test loss to Ireland, that didn't stop them from losing the 3rd test too.
@PB22559 true, but Arg and Ire at different levels
@@WyndhamPGP The Pumas lack consistency but on their day, they're as good as the top sides.
Blacklash incoming for Argentina. 40 odd to 10
I think Anton Lienert-Brown had to be dropped to the bench. He was rushing up to cut off the edge and Argentina pilled through the hole he left on a few occasions including leading up to the first Argentina try.
Vamos, Los Pumas!
As a bok fan I'm greatful we don't have to play the ABs this weekend.theres a storm brewing and the clouds are all black.
Tim regarding the combined teams please put the score out of 15 for the starters and also score outta 8 for the teams next to the names. Just more obvious. Tx. Albert 🤔
Next to the team names? ABs 8/15 starters and 4/8 bench...
Suffering?? 😂 you've won 4 RWC and could easily field two starting International teams! Every team is jealous of this alone
Our RC record is abysmal compared to the All Blacks, that's what I was referring to.
Sure is. Robinson may as well say goodbye if they lose.
How do the AB’s get gainline dominance? They need couple of big body ball carriers!
I think that the Blacks will win, but the changes just don't address the problems. I am disappointed with this selection.
Key positions need to be kane starting, beaudon at first five and jordon at fullback. Use the best people in the most important positions and pick the team around them.
Totally in agreement🇿🇦
Yes. It is.
no they wont and didnt - your guess was wrong
Besides Razor being way out of his depth and a bunch of assistant coaches which Razor has beaten for 7 years, NZ rugby have been playing themselves in Super rugby with Australia having given up Rugby Union. NZ Rugby needs to be playing international teams, like South Africa, in the URC and the European championship. South African rugby is growing, NZ rugby is struggling. Pride might get them over the line, but if Argentina turn up, the AB's will be very lucky to get a win.
If NZ turn up they’ll win by 20+.
They'll eventually find a way out of it
Glad to hear Razor paid off his debt.
@@myusernameizgud1722
Agreed.
Fear the All Blacks. That’s all I can say for now.
The AB’s unleash after a loss. They played poorly last week. The opposition is not Ireland….cant see a NZ loss
they would beat ireland as well
its going to be pouring with rain, dogged affair, expect dropped balls and nerves to set in ! NZ will scrape it
To close to call this one, a fired utp AB side and hopefully a pumas side that lifts themselves up again plus 10% for eden park fortress
Dear Tim: very very different teams from the SF. Argentina did not have Matera in that game. Matera in the current form is 50% of the pack, emotionally
Argentina have a better chance of winning the entire tournament than they do at beating the AB’s at Eden Park.
Exactly mixed messages Razors in trouble
Gd to see Ozzie Tamaiti Williams getting a run 🦘
Born and breed on northland .

Elite rugby is al about attitude. they are all capable of winning. The AB's will have a completely different attitude this week. Argies will get the backlashn not because they have improved but because they are determined.
I just feel there is no difference in the thinking between this and what foster was doing 🤷
I agree. Still average on attack and box kicking too often
Disagree on AB's back.Ar'nt combo's important at centres,Proctor &ALB better,Beaudy and Jordan could be electric.
I would love to see Arg do it again, but its still the All Blacks. Will be much harder for Arg. In reality will be better for the boks if ABs have a good win. Dont want to have an angry AB side come to SA....
I think the abs will win but I think it's gonna be close. I expect it to be less than a 7 point win
Feels to me D-Mac is the weak link for NZ, i could be wrong cause he's brilliant, just feels like he's not getting NZ on the Front foot enough.
They are in real danger and TJ out and Finau in and Cane would be starting
I expect a big backlash from the AB's. The Argies probably partied all week. The Argies seldom have 2 big games in a row.
Quizás esta vez se tomen el segundo partido en serio
What do you mean?
You're not entitled to a win in anything in life, but the expectation for the All Blacks is to win every test, home and away.
no 42-10 sounds pretty safe to me
I hope Cane gets on early
Thanks to andrew mehrtens...
ABs are praying for scrums tomorrow😂😂😂
All mighty All Blacks is a distant memory. Lol
Our forwards are soft and have no grunt. the backline is a mess, players are out of form and confused by the avalanche of coaching "expertise", and D Mac's fly in a bottle style. We will likely eke a win but it has to by 20 points plus.
If they lose at Eden park then razor the worst coach NZ has had 😂😂 you can’t lose the streak,
no other team have got the same record as the abs have at eden park and that is not going to change anywhere soon
Think it’s probable ab s coaches don’t know what to do there ot up to it and there’s enough coaches to make another team
I think there’ll be a black lash.
Felipe
Contepome is doing great stuff so far with Argentina
One loss and the kiwis freak out
They win a good competitive seeries against England: still not happy
They will happily beat up Tier 2 nations and rack up big scores, then complain about the lack of competition: still not happy.
The rugby world isnt about the All Blacks. Accept the loss and move forward
There is zero chance pumas win this one. An angry, embarrassed All Black team will never lose this.
Never say never. The Argies made it look easy last week, not even a losing BP.
@@Tar-ZA-n Made it look easy? They would've lost if not for a forward pass from D Mac.
Argies should again target and take out captain Ardie, and presurise TJ no.9, like last week. Then do the same when Sam Cane comes on.
Do not allow Dmac to go on the run and be in Caleb Clarcke's face.
Blackadder...?
Seems you need another humbling this weekend. Creevy did say they’re coming to Eden Park to win. Again. Would love it if they do.
@@Tar-ZA-n doubt it mate. Abs #1 by years end easy. Boks rolled like bitches in bed.
@@Tar-ZA-nand creevy is not playing this weekend.
@@mitch2924 lol the abs last beat Ireland. It was the boks that couldn't do that in the cup. You are 2 losses one win to them. Overstate your victory over Australia as much as you want its quite hilarious for a team ticking along at a 60% win rate
The All Blacks are going for blood and the Pumas are going for glory. But this weekends test will go to the All Blacks or Razor is going to get axed.
