Thanks for the video. I watched both of them regarding the Rekluse clutch. Did they ever get back to you about this clutch failure issue? Based on the amount of work you had to do, seems to me they should be making this right.
They did! And they 100% made it right. They said it most likely due to moisture from condensation in the oil that caused it to separate. Still covered it under warranty even though it was basically my fault for not going on longer rides but still using it to commute short distances during the cold winter months.
