I wouldnt slouch cooldown for your melee units. Yeah stalker stacker works well, but having your corsair hit Disruption Web more often While you have Shadow fury DTs and Darkcoil Cents doing their thing more often is REALLY nothing to scoff at. Yet you scoff at it often. 😅
Also disabling Stasis field on your oracles didn't help. Having units run forward is great if you can kill them, but you weren't killing them so you just got them to the base faster.
