Tank You Nick for this video! You sound great! I am just delighted by this mouthpiece and other by Theo Wanne - as a lover of vintage sound of Ben Webster and Coleman Hawkins. Thanks for sharing Your feelings 👍 have a Happy New Year :) bye!
Nice, really very nice! The Ishimori is interesting, have you tried/reviewed the Lupifaro tenor? Those horns sound amazing and your take could be valued and appreciated. The traditional robust dark sound you get has me ordering an Ambika sooner than I might otherwise have!
HI NICK GREAT VIDEO !! I would like if u could make a video review on the Theo Wanne Hard Rubber Durga 4 Tenor Mouth piece and also if u could do a review on the Hard rubber Gaia 3 THEO WANNE Im looking to buy one but I dont know which one I will buy yet, I play a vintage selmer mark 6 tenor , I like a mouth piece that sounds Dark on the low end of the horn but easy and powerful altissmo in the high range of the horn and has a fast attack for up tempo songs in funk and jazz, anyway thanks for your help and Advice and Great videos all the best fan Mike wanne
Honest to gosh. I never sounded that good on my RE320. I cannot get a good mix on tenor on that microphone. If you feel like it, let me know your mixer rolloff(s) and compression settings.
Tempted.... my local music store only has this mouthpiece in size 8... do you think it would be too much for me going from the Selmer S80 C* I’ve had since high school to a Theo Wanne Ambika 8?
Nice video, Nick. I've got one of these in narrower opening but I've been playing a Mosaic for a couple of years. Both great mouthpieces.
Right on

Great review thanks!
Thanks for watching!
Try the Ambika 3. Subtle changes made quite a difference.

Thanks for the kind words! I haven't tried the Lupifaro, but would love to!
Love this video. This is so helpful and probably the best video review I can find for this mouthpiece. Keep them coming! :D
Thanks a lot for this video.
Do you think is it an hard one (7*) or not too much?
Thank you
