Yes, everything so high in rates ...and I do nor want to end up in loud dirty one .
@@veravero5715 Park Place used to be an income restricted apartment community, from what I know it is loud and not very safe. The Glen Iris area is better because it’s in a neighborhood and close to downtown. Sometimes you can ride around there and find places that aren’t online
