Thats exciting! You’ll love PA. Do you have any specific areas in mind?

I am moving from NYC to Bucks county. These videos helped. Looking for something between 270 and 320ish. Single family. July or August. Currently in contract to sell.

That criteria is very possible to find in Bucks County. Email me and we can talk more about it corybenhardt@kw.com

Love your videos. Not sure if it's a fair comparison though. NYC is a much better place to live than the city of Philadelphia. I think a much better comparison would be metro NYC to Metro Philadelphia.

Hey, thanks Herald. This video was all about the comparison between NYC to Philly and also the entire state of PA compared to NY. The comparison between the two metro areas would be a great video. Thanks for the idea & thanks for watching!

I don’t think people are leaving New York to buy an home in Pennsylvania that’s the same price of a home in New York they are probably looking to buy a house for a lower price. 🤨

You get a lot more bang for your buck here in PA plus our taxes are significantly lower. Thanks for watching!
