తిరుపతి రావు గారిది పేద కుటుంబం. ఆయిన వృత్తి కోసం కరెంటు పనులకి వెళ్ళినప్పుడు అనుకోని ప్రమాదం జరగటం వల్ల ఆయన కాలు దెబ్బ తిని ఒక సంవత్సరం మంచానికే అంకితం అవ్వాల్సి వచ్చింది . ఒకానొక సమయంలో కుటుంబం యొక్క ఆర్ధిక పరిస్థుతుల వల్ల తనకి ఆత్మహత్య ఒక్కటే దారి అనిపించింది. కానీ తనకి తాను నచ్చచెప్పుకుని జీవితంలో నిలదొక్కుకున్నారు.
ఆయన కోలుకుని, జీవితంలో కాంట్రాక్టర్ గా స్థిర పడిన తర్వాత చాలా మంది కరెంటు pole ఎక్కే సమయంలో గాయాలకు గురి అవ్వటం గమనించారు. తనకి జరిగిన ప్రమాదం తన కింద పని చేస్తున్న వారికి జరగకూడదని అతి తక్కువ ఖర్చుతో Electric pole climbing shoes ను ఆవిష్కరించారు. అవి చక్కగా ఉపయోగ పడటం పైగా అవి వాడుతూ ఉన్నప్పుడు తీసిన వీడియో బాగా ఫేమస్ అవ్వడంతో ఆయనకు ఎంతో ప్రోత్సాహం లభించింది.ఆయనకు ఎన్నో అవార్డులు లభించాయి. తన సొంత పరిశ్రమని స్థాపించి వీటిని అవసరమైన వారికి అందిస్తున్నారు. తన పరిశ్రమ ద్వారా ఎంతో మందికి ఉపాధి కల్పించటమే కాకుండా వారికి కావల్సిన సౌకర్యాలను కూడా కల్పిస్తున్నారు. తన కథ మన అందరికీ ఆదర్శం.
Thirupathi Rao's life is a real example of the quote Necessity is the mother of invention. His story also explains how one can invent success from his failures or struggles.
He shares his journey how a seventh class dropout became an inventor and a successful businessman. His zero to hero story will change your opinion about struggles and failures in life.
He started doing electrician work after he dropped out of the seventh standard at school due to his family’s poor financial condition. A few years ago he suffered a leg injury due to an accident at his work. He was bedridden for one year. He felt that suicide is the only way out of his problems but he counseled himself and worked hard to rise in life.
He continued his work and he was able to rise to a contractor position. He noticed that many are suffering from severe injuries and death due to accidents during pole climbing. He devised a piece of equipment with the leftover work material. Which took shape into electric pole climbing shoes. His invention became viral due to a video on social media, from then on his life was totally changed. His invention won him the National Research Development Corporation’s National Societal Innovation Award. He also started Nannam industries giving employment to so many people. He invented his success from his struggles. His story is really inspirational to all Andhra Pradesh and Telangana people.
