  • TMZ executive producer Harvey Levin joins NewsNation's Ashleigh Banfield to discuss Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing four college students in Idaho. Harvey says he's not doubting the evidence but he's also not convinced by the prosecutor's theories. "I'm not saying he didn't do it," Levin said on "Banfield." "I'm saying the circumstances are boldly weird here."

      After watching a zillion true crime cases I can assure you people, he did not commit this brutal crime! It was too personal for it to be BK. It had to be someone else a lot more comfortable with the house and also connected to the victims. There are many other people who it could have been. LE needs to start looking into the other people immediately once BK is cleared due to insufficient evidence and no connection at all to the house nor any of the people.

    There actually isnt a lot of evidence (what has been revealed to the public) that attaches BK to the crime. There is no evidence that he stalked the house, in fact the prosecution has said that he did not stalk (Idaho def of stalk) the victims. His cell phone pinged in the area 12 times. Moscow Idaho and Pullman Washigton are only 15 minutes from each other, it is relativly normal for him or anyone to go between the 2 cities. especially being a college student, WA has legal WEED and ID does not. He was not nearby to look at the sky, his alibi was that he was at wawai park which is in Washington NOT that he was nearby looking at stars, the DNA is touch(transferrable) DNA not regular DNA (bodily fluids). Experts got the car year wrong, Experts say that the cell data that is present does not necessarily put him in the area, if there was a clear phot /video of the car we would have had him right away because the plates were PA plates. and only a back plate. there are plenty of other people who had more motive than BK did.

    Can somebody please inform Harvey & Ashleigh that neither law enforcement nor the prosecution (or any other official) has ever said that Bryan went to the house numerous times and just watched. The PCA simply states that his phone pinged off the same tower that the house uses 12 times. Cell towers have a range of up to 45 miles, and Bryan only lived 10 miles from 1122 King Rd. The PCA even states that at the time of one of the pings, police do not believe he was in Moscow. That just proves that his phone can ping off that tower when he is not in the area. Not sure why they would include that in their own PCA. Kind of stupid.

In this case, the one(s) being stalked-iMO, Maddie and perhaps Kaylee-didn’t know what BK was up to, which was illegal surveillance, what Peeping Tom’s do to gaze upon their targets with lust and to learn their habits. BK was creeping and peeping, probably drooling at the luscious fruit he could never get to even date, let alone to f**k. How do you pro-burghers explain the 12 times his phone pinged off the nearest cell tower to the house, all but one late a night? What was he doing in the Moscow area so many times at night? Shopping? The first thing you got to figure out is how kohberger got to 1122 queen rd that morning and how did he leave. That’s not his car circling the house that morning, officer Payne admitted on the stand the don’t have Bryan car on any of the 1000 hours of footage period end of story, they don’t have him entering or leaving Moscow on video and if you point this out, you get called Bryan’s boyfriend, FN clowns, do you really think the FBI expert was wrong that it was a 2011 to 13 Hyundai ELANTRA at the crime scene that morning? GTFOH!! so you’re telling me Bryan picked out this house by random, and it has to be random because there’s no ties linking Bryan to that house or any of the victims in the house, there was no stalking the prosecution even said that, so after running from Pullman to Moscow he just picked this house and went in and killed four people at random and left with nobody’s DNA on himself in the house, so in 8 minutes he not only killed Ethan, xana, and Maddie, but he also stabbed Kaylee 57 times and caved her face in so bad that she was unrecognizable, so he did that and didn’t take any DNA from the crime scene, supposedly he left transfer DNA on a knife sheath that we’re not even sure held the murder weapon, that’s the only thing they have left. That will be exposed at some point too, That whole thing is shady. Where is the FBI? Where are they? I’ll tell you where , they said well boys, good luck to you and we’re out of here. I hope they have a smoking gun on this guy because to all the idiots out there saying were Bryan’s boyfriend, that’s not true, I want the person or persons guilty of this to have to face justice? Luckily they have an expert that will prove Bryan wasn’t anywhere near there, this is the first time he’s ever worked with a defense, he’s helped put lots of people away for the prosecution and has worked with the FBI before numerous times. Do you really think if Bryan did this he would say he’s nowhere near that house, of course not, he’d be thinking up a reason why his car is there and try to explain it away. But that’s not what he did. He’s claiming he’s not even in the same fucking state hahaha idiots. If you believe 100% that Bryan did this all by himself please stay the hell away from me cause you guys are dangerous, oh and just because you hear something on TV but they don’t give their sources then you can’t say its true

    • @Romina1907.
      @Romina1907. 22 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      These people claim there aren't many differences between Elantras and that it's common for experts to make mistakes. Are we supposed to believe that an FBI expert with over 30 years of experience randomly guessed the car's model year? Without clear indicators, there would be no reason to specify a year. The expert likely identified clear evidence for that model year. The model year was adjusted twice by investigators, not the expert.
      We know BK had at least one interview with the MPD and one with the FBI before his arrest. It would be helpful to know what was discussed, who initiated these interviews, and if there's a timeline connection between the interviews and the model year adjustment.
      It's possible BK contacted the police to make a good impression. He wanted a police internship, though it's unclear if he got it. He might have tried to ingratiate himself by mentioning he knew a white Elantra was being sought and that he often drove around the general area at night, including the park on that particular night, not out of fear of suspicion but to appear helpful, interested, and honest. If so, he not only put himself in the spotlight but also told them which footage should not be requested and which cell tower data should be omitted from the official records.

    His phone was out of range, not turned off. Have any of you actually followed the case? 1, no stalking. 2, no video of his car turned over to the defense yet, 3 no connections to any of the victims yet. 4, cell phone data presented to the grand jury innacurate. 5 dna is suspect with timing and amount-touch dna (not enough for a scientifically accurate sample) on a movable object. 6, No victim dna in his car, home or office. 7, video of the girls with JS walking where he says "They're going to get you for that" after Maddie says she told Adam everything.(a few hours later the girls are dead) 8, 4 people seen running away from the scene of the crime in the bandfield video. 9, The FBI expert had a different year of car initially. 10, Elantra matching the FBI experts report found crashed in Oregon tied to rhe owner of the home not processed for dna evidence. And the list goes on. Only 1 persons dna found in a party house. Police chief moves evidence from an active crime scene in a uhaul. Crime scene destroyed. Coroner not allowed on scene for 12 hours and changed timeline 3x. Prosecution witholding discovery, saying it doesn't exist, then magically finding it the day before the hearing. The way it was investigated produced so much reasonable doubt, no one should put him to death with this amount of wtf going on.

Dylan reportedly opened her door several times because she heard loud noises and voices. The PCA states she could understand what was being said and saw a man dressed in black with bushy eyebrows and a mask before entering a frozen shock phase. It's also known that the police heavily relied on the phone data of the surviving roommates to create the timeline.
      If you accept these statements as accurate, you cannot simultaneously claim, without any evidence, that the residents were under the influence of substances and sleeping soundly to make it fit what you want to be true. Additionally, there was no party at the house that evening.

    I think he's killed people before; they just haven't definitively discovered which cold cases he's tied to. But someone in his physical condition - and with that kind of knife (which was originally designed as a military knife for the express purpose of killing people rapidly and QUIETLY) - could definitely commit this kind of crime. He allegedly used to go hunting and fishing with his father (for all his OCD virtue signaling about vegetarianism) - and he once had a job gutting fish. I'm sure they hired him, too, because he had some hunting/fishing/knife experience, to begin with. "Weird?" Well, sure it's "weird" - not to mention, horrific. But you know the phrase and the song about how much can happen in "a NY minute" ?? And crime victims who survive will tell you how quickly everything happened "all of a sudden." You cannot look at this through the mindset of a normal person. Whoever did this (I believe it's the accused) - got a perverse predatory thrill out of the high risk of the situation - things like criss-crossing with the door dash, or Xana being awake on the 2nd floor, while he slipped upstairs to the third floor, first -- this was part of the sadistic and arrogant enjoyment of "the hunt," so to speak, is my guess, as far as his psychology is concerned. He may also be schizoid - and perhaps committed these crimes in a highly depersonalized state of mind.

    He did not stalk the victims. Judge judge clearly states this as fact in one of the hearings regarding the survey. Link below of court hearing judge judge confirming he did not stalk the victims.

    I think he went there that night to kill one person (he probably thought he was slick enough to pull that off without anyone else knowing) & he killed the three others because he had too (things didn’t go to plan) cause his target was not alone in the room (remember, the one girl had already moved out & came back to visit & show them her new car) the couple were still up & probably heard him & Ethan probably confronted him, so that led to their deaths, but we won’t know anything for sure till the trial

      I think that is exactly what happened too. He kept running into people on the way out so he had to kill them to get out. I also think the reason he didn’t kill the last girl was he was exhausted and thought he may get caught if he didn’t get out quickly.

      Thank you! Yes, wait till trial. I too think this guy didn’t plan 4 kills. If there were multiple killers, there hasn’t been solid evidence of there being so or they were ruled out.

    So how does a murderer kill his first victim, Harvey? Every one has a first and that first is violent and it ain't pretty. Harvey's own Liquor Store example is a logic fail: Just because we don't KNOW of previous violence/killing does not mean he didn't commit any. If he was ever CAUGHT having done them, then he wouldn't have GRADUATED to more complex crime ala the liquor store example. Pretty amateur mistake coming from an attorney...

    I have always loved Harvey. He's so logical in his theories. I think he should write a book.
