I doubt the owner of the ringcam mentioned in the pca is responsible for the leak, but they probably don’t want to be associated with the leak in any way. I believe this audio is authentic and it’s content answers several of the questions and oddities of the case.
I really believe the surveillance camera is totally legit. Chances are they just don’t want to be involved in anyway due to safety and protection from whoever. I would feel the same and would be moving elsewhere.
I won’t even say the names of sick people that do this stuff but it’s the same people who do it on every high profile case. They are disgusting individuals.

There is an exact video of the incident and it starts as soon as Kaylee and Maddie get out of the Uber and go to enter their house and they are approached by a man talking to them and telling Maddie to stay outside and she stated she was cold the man says: we know everything and the girls go inside and one of the girls says: someone is here and then another man jumps out at the girls and Kaylee says/what the hell is going on? Then a man tells Ethan sit down motherfucker Ethan screams xaaana .. Xana says I think the detectives are here Kay and Maddie are start screaming and the dog is going crazy you can hear a man say go get ‘em and forcicing Ethan to stay sitting down. A man says lay her there and nobody was sleeping they were bum rushed and you hear Ethan say get off me Kodak’s 2 times and Ethan screams “ HEY” Murphy is barking very loudly whole time
