There are few old and few new games that have this world building effect that makes you feel weirdly immersed. Morrowind is such treat with music and graphic gives out that other world vibrations, something my brain takes as reality. Sacred 1 has also very detailed world for such old game amount of interactions and detail blows my mind. Other game I feel deeply immersed in is Stalker I care for NPC and my own decisions. For example games like Baldurs gate 1,2 or Witcher dont feel like this live world to me more like something to do quest in and go forward I cant tell difference because Witcher has these NPC interactions and they react to what you did yet brain doesnt allow to be tricked into immersion. Pirhanya Bytes Studio games can be pretty immersive yet cluncky like we had a different dimmension. Bethesda has a good formula for that, I think what makes game this way might be inperfection, way you can be strong yet lacking how there might be some place that serves no place to a plot but it's there. Morrowind had a lot of Sewers that had no special loot or epic monsters yet it was there it was huge and exploring it took time, also I remember it being realy white like nothing else in a game. Stalker has spawning Mutants that are not always worth killing they dont reward you XP or much money and your gear wears out and u waste ammo on them, but you need to kill them to survive. In Fallout games (bethesda ones) you have a lot of unique loot around so you take your time to explore, you find notes and recordings of people there before you sometimes long gone some old skyscrapper becomes last place for some family that ended themself up there or drug store shows dark secrets that took place there. I miss that about games, funny roleplay tools. Most of new games like Assasins Screed since Orgins, have well designed pretty worlds but they feel empty you cant interact with anything like pick up apple and eat or cook. You do a side quests that feel like sliding down a slide only statistics you care about is damage and armour there is no utility skills like playing a instrument. I remember how in Assasins Creed 2 there was this City you owned and it had so many hidden places to explore, it reminded me of Lara Croft's mansion when I was kid. On PS1 Exploring Lara's mansion was so awesome because there was so many things here and there. Writing this reminds me of another very immersive series, Thief. Thier used to me so immersive I remember I couldn't finish 3rd one because was so stressed about monsters that show up later in campain. Years later we got Dishonored and it was somewhat similar I loved it too, never did I kill a person in Dishonored because I ddnt have to. Maybe it's time to finish this rant that nobody will see but it feels good to share. Sorry for my English Im not used to write long texts in this language, have a good day if you came this far into my comment

Your english is very good! I loved all of those games also.
this is not another lofi ep. very good. for a moment sounds like portishead i love it
Portishead - that's a blast from the past. They're a great band, glad to know there's moments that remind you of them. Thanks mate!
What a grand and intoxicating beat!
The is fantastic. It's the default background music for my Dnd campaign, perfect level of chill and fantasy but still with a sense of adventure right around the corner. Absolutely love it!
Wow, this is fantastic! I'm going to be listening to this frequently for a very, very long time.
Thanks mate, very appreciated. I'll have the Oblivion album coming out in about a week from now.

Thank you, author, Bethesda made amazing world, but Morrowind was special...
My pleasure. I absolutely agree, there's something unique about Morrowind.

I’ve been falling asleep to this for weeks and just realized it was on iTunes. Just purchased it. Thank you! :)

Yeah bro this is extremelly based stuff. thanks a lot
It was my pleasure doing it! This game was like no other.
Omnipotent. Omniscient. Sovereign. Immutable. How sweet it is to hear these tracks! Awesome work dude - I love your lofi versions of them 👌
Thanks mate, that's very appreciated!

This video is as beautiful as the Moon and the Stars! Have a nice trip, Outlander! ✨
And you, Muthsera.
Gawd I am really itching for another playthrough, this playlist totally vibes with my addi- I mean, perfectly reasonable and normal desire to replay it for like the 6th time
@@AugmentedOwl love it. Deep down the addic... perfectly reasonable desire to play the game is what ties us all together.
God knows I have been looking for Morrowind lofi on youtube every year since 2018. And youtube finally delivered. Thank you. Great job too
I can assure you, TH-cam took no part in the compositional process. Thanks Sera, glad you enjoyed it!
@@samuelsheppardmusic good point :D
Knight's Charge.....at least 10x better than the original, and the original is at least ok for me. Easily the best out of all of these tracks I think. So peaceful.
Thanks mate. Yeah I remembered the song when I was going back through the Morrowind tracks but it was never a stand out. Somehow this turned in to my favourite song of the album too.
Well done, perfect background music for cleaning my apartment and just chilling out in general.
Glad you're enjoying it! Oblivion in Lofi just released on my channel also.
this is so specific, god I love morrowind
ALMSIVI
God I love you.
beautiful effort, thank you for putting such thought into reimagining Jeremy Soule's masterpieces 🙏 I can clearly sense your appreciation for the games.
Thanks mate, that's very humbling to hear. I appreciate you listening and commenting.
it is great! Feels like i am at home again in Balmora
Balmora really did feel like home. Even Caius' little shack felt cosy and safe whenever you returned there.
I picked it back up, 500 mods to make it more beautiful than ever. Sometimes I like to sit by the water in Balmora or Suran and just feel the nostalgia wash over me
I absolutely love this. The visual component, the quotes you selected, the way it's animated - chef's kiss!
Thank you for Sharing this, Samuel!
My pleasure mate. Always nice to know those who truly appreciate these things.
This is sublime 😊 I hope you'll give Oblivion the same treatment!! ES soundtracks have been my go-to study/chill music for almost twenty years
I'm literally working on Oblivion at the moment. Just finished Harvest Dawn. Subscribe and you'll be notified when it drops ;)

Hi mate, I just released Oblivion in lofi (as promised) - th-cam.com/video/tbZFTAjeZpg/w-d-xo.html
Its a god damn piece of art. Both music and image.
Take care N'wahs!
Love the sounds, the arrangements, the style fits so well the originals ! I particularly love your voicings ! Thank you
Thanks mate, glad to know the detail isn't wasted! Real knows real.
I love the 3:2 polyrhythm in the first beat, awesome stuff
@@AveCastGames I love reading comments like this. You're obviously musically inclined to pick that up! I find that using 3:2 is a good starting point for putting songs that are in 3/4 in to 4/4 or 12/8 feel.
@@samuelsheppardmusic It's really cool. I often see polyrhythms used as a gimmick to show off musical ability, but this one really fits in perfectly and gives such a laid back groove. Great work man, keep it up!
Это наверное единственное что не хватало мне как фанату Морровинд. Я очень благодарен автору.
Dude! Congratulations on making such a dope piece of art man. This is incredible. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for the kind words mate. Very appreciated
The Nerevarine would be proud.

Bless you, Muthsera.
Under sun and sky, outlander. We greet you warmly.
Blessing upon you, Sera.
chill beats to achieve chim to
The House Telvanni approves these vibes. Keep up the good work, young apprentice!
One of the best thing about the Elder Scrolls series are their soundtracks, and that can be interchangeable. I play Skyrim with the Morrowind ost and Oblivion with the Skyrim ost.
Congrats for this new one! I'm off to blast this and create a new character now.
What did your character end up as?
