If Ned Stark had a badass honor quote: “Honor makes a fight fair, but it also makes it a challenge.” “Honor makes one better but also makes him predictable.”
"If there are no dogs in Heaven, then when i die, i want to go where they went" I genuinely cry when i hear this one while playing, i think thats actually what i want.
Hi, there is a quote in Civ V that I can't remember and this is driving me mad haha : I think it comes from Dostoïevski and it is about the people with a golden heart. If someone can help me out in finding it again it would be much appreciated. Thanks and have a good day !
“Pain and suffering are always inevitable for a large intelligence and a deep heart. The really great men must, I think, have great sadness on earth.” --Fyodor Dostoevsky not from the tech tree, but quoted in the Great Work screen
I'm really glad I don't have this version. It's almost a backtrack. Games should improve upon themselves, not go backwards. The graphics are almost cartoonlike in appearance.
The gameplay has improved significantly. Graphics is subjective. The district system really improved on gameplay. Plus, this game was never really super heavy on graphics.
They game was made the way it was to be more accessible and to fit other platforms as well (other then PC). Civ IV was made for the hard spread sheet lovers, those who love deep games, and designed solely for PC users. Civ V still carried a bit of that philosophy of the old civ games but VI lost it entirely. Not that its a bad game, but its just absolutely different and disconnected from the other civs
This is the shallowest, weakest and dumbest set of quotes of all civ games.. His voice isn't engaging, nothing musical.English accent only, just crap imo
"If there are no dogs in Heaven, then when I die, I want to go where they went."
That’s what I came to this video for lol
Probably one of my favorites of this game.
Ironic, considering your profile pic
😊
"I'll be back."
Ha ha ha.
4:07 im just here for the MONEY part and its cut out
Sadly it's broken now.
Are you here for 13:02 because i know i am
That's actually mostly false and unfairly credited to the Romans but sure.
@@Hotasianchick Nice cope. Now back to your mud hut
@@swampwitch7313 He is speaking the truth, the white man was behind Asia in the early game, only later the situation changed.
Oh, peace. Shaddup
@@Hotasianchick It's a quote from The Life of Brian
Lol Sean Bean impersonating Schwarzenegger. Though him reciting J.R.R. Tolkien takes me back to when he was Boromir.

I am literally just here to see which quote Clove spoke
All the best romances bloom in the midst of a good siege.
Geez I got here for the Sagittarius joke, no luck
I’m trying to find the quote that says physics tells you how the universe was made and why not to stick a fork in a toaster or something like that
maybe its in the civics tree
"For England, James?"
Thanks for sharing. A shame that the quotes arent so good as the previous games...
They certainly fit more with the humorous and cartoon aspect of this game.
The quote for “Castles” is my favorite.

only the heart knows how to find what is precious?

Doesnt hold a candle to civ5 quotes
Which itself is only half as good as civ iv's
Tactics mean doing what you can with what you have.
I reallt like the dog quate
I’m here for Adam Savages quote on ballistics. No such luck though.
I like the music that’s louder than sean bean
2:38 is the best
I love Sean bean
Sean bean you legend
I’m sorry Ned Stark, but your voice just don’t hold the same sage wisdom as Leonard Nimoy and W. Morgan Shepherd.
I partially blame the more comedic nature of so many of these quotes.
If only you did it in sequence it'd be better.
What about "I'm fond of pigs"
just trying to find "ThE NAYVEE"
Dood where's the stirrups?
2:19
They're so much worse than the CIV IV quotes.
Glad to see im not the only one who thinks that. Not that those qoutes are bad, but its just that you cant compare anything to the ones in IV.

They’re meant to be cartoony. It’s called an art-style.
