My dad owns durhams mechanical we do hvac custom fabrication construction plumbing gas lines ext.. Its cool to see they build their own duct work most people just order it through Ferguson. Ours is a family business so we did it to save money....
1:14 combine the two boxes using the autocad polyline so the torch will cut seven lines instead of eight. You can save a lot of💰. minimizing the use of plain sheet metal and less using torch parts.👍

Dear sir what is the use of making lines on duct surface
The lines on the duct surface are call beads. They reinforce the duct for when installed and air is turn on.
Very similar to the shop I work in except 3 times the size and way more employees
