Homemade Afghani Shiryakh/ شیریخ خانگی افغانی/ best summer ice cream

    Ingredients
    - 2 litre heavy milk ( 3,25%)
    - 1 cup sugar
    - 1 tbsp cornstarch melted with cold water
    - 1/3 tsp cardamom powder
    - 1/3 tsp rose water
    - 4 to 5 kg ice cube
    - A lot of salt for each layer of ice
    Process
    Even you can prepare the milk one day before and keep it in fridge for overnight to be very cold. Don’t use warm milk, otherwise it will melt all the ice cube.
    During the smooth shaking, you will see that milk start getting freeze around the pot. Keep continue the nice work. The process will take 4 to 5 hours that all milk get freeze slowly. If you don’t have much time or you’re tired, simply, after one hour smooth shaking keep it in freezer for 8 hours. Then it will be ready to serve.
