As we ride towards Upper Mustang, the roads started getting tough and tougher, steep dusty climbs, and this is where the Hero Xpulse 200 was struggling and I used only 1st gear to climb the uphills.

Whatever people say about the hero xpulse, you cant deny that the bike gave tough time to other higher cc bikes.

Hello Bullu Bhai, Kemiti acchanti? Your Ride is very Good. Most of the Riders Use RE, then Bajaj then TVS. You are the only one using Hero Bike. Hero makes and sells most in Indian Markets but the performance Bikes are few. I had a Hero Honda CD100SS bike for 22 Years. Man what a Bike. I did 150000 km on that and never replaced Clutch Plates. I did all the maintenance by myself. Thanks, Ride Safe.

kindly upgrade to iridium spark plug for more rev range on 1,2 and 3rd gear
with iridium spark plug you will get
1st gear:- max 21kmph
2nd gear:- max 48kmph
3rd gear:- max 65kmph
note:- also tweak the throttle response for more acceleration which will provide great pickups( mileage may get affected 😜 40kmpl dega)

As the demand of xpulse is high in Nepal they have overpriced the bike here. It costs 60k more than it's actual price.
@Citizen Kolar haha here comes the hero employee. The government custom tax depends on the engine CC, not on the type of motorcycle. Himlayan is 411 cc where as xpulse is 200cc. Xpulse 200T and R costs way less in Nepal due to less demand. We are planning to submit a formal complaint to the concerned authorities regarding this absurd pricing.
@Citizen Kolar honda imports the XR from thailand so we can understand it's pricing. So, hero is justifying its pricing based on the demand and competitor's price. That's pure greed and cheating customers. The 3.85 lakhs is for carb not FI, it is air cooled with low power output and suffers in high altitude as shown in this video despite having FI. The fair pricing would have been 3.3 lakhs for carb and 3.5 lakhs for FI.
@Citizen Kolar to import from Thailand, you have to pay extra logistics fee with sea route involved. To import hero bikes, it just few hundred kms of road transport.
Also the quality of materials used in Thailand is way better than in India anyways.
