How does the model "hang" in the air like that during knife edge? I have my physics set at 150% which is just about realistic for a real rc helicopter at the field of 400 to 600 blade size and average headspeed.
I wouldn't run physics that fast. If anything, you want to slow things down in the sim so you can learn the stick movements without having to worry about timing too much.
