Hi Josie! So glad you have enjoyed your holiday in magical Kefalonia . It really is the most beautiful island. It’s when I see videos of others coming to visit Greece that I realise just how lucky I am to have been living here for nearly 40 years. Like anywhere,there are ups and downs but to have all these glorious islands virtually on my doorstep, a wonderful climate and a lifestyle and pace of life which is still quite laid back, is something I greatly value. Your homesickness is probably due to your missing your little boys and your beautiful new home but do come back and visit us again soon! X💗
I liked the coin chocker but it's very expensive 165£😪. I bought a real 18 k gold chocker in that price. maybe gold is cheaper where I live.

Just checked the "gold" Missoma and it is actually gold plated on brass. $603CDN seems a lot for this... would rather keep it real and save for a quality all gold 10K which will last forever.
Today, 15 Sept, 2020, An Ounce of Gold is $1934.00 USD! Currently, Finding anything that's not gold plated, is few & far between! & if you do find it, it's Ridiculously Expensive.
agree , I'd never "invest" in this kind of overpriced brands. Gold plated is valueless. Better save for real gold jewelry which you can always sell and get at least some of your money back.
I agree! If I can't afford the real thing, I'll rather go without it and save until I can. In a short period of time, gold plated items will start looking tatty.

Julia M gold plated is not good it can rub off with some skin types depends on your acidic levels and wearing it all the time creams perfume ect saltwater ruin it in min it will rust and gold loss to expensive to have that happen .

Wow, that pink coverup is *everything* and suits you so well. Your gold jewellery complements all your outfits really well (and I can see they would work equally with outfits that were not specifically 'holiday' ones too). Good for you for going for easy (and chic!) hair-in-a-bun styling...who needs extra effort all the time on holiday, after all? Very happy for you that you got to go on your annual holiday xo

Thank you for sharing part of your trip. I used to be a sun worshipper too. YOu really need to take care of your chest and arms and legs like your face. Otherwise, the burns will add up and it won't be pretty.

It’s true 😔 especially the chest area up to neck gets a lot of sun damage. It is a delicate area that is exposed all the time in summer. Use sunscreen 🧴
Just think of it this way..you are frying your skin just like a chicken. You will probably get a spot every time you sunbathe.

You look like you unwinded a wee bit while looking beautifully chic in all your Summer-in-paradise outfits! What gorgeous views to inspire relaxation! Top tip: Mosquitoes love feasting on me and I have found that taking Thiamin (B-1 vitamin) works wonderfully to keep the mosquitoes from biting! I take a B-Complex and it prevents bites all spring, summer and autumn while out for daily dog walks! It has been such a lifesaver!
So happy you were able to get away. It’s always a bit bittersweet leaving paradise but going home to your boys... and a new dressing room to organize must be exciting enough to sweeten the bitter!
