Now, I got an admit to university B, in that case, do I need to appear for a visa interview again, or can use dropbox? CAN I TRAVEL WITH AN EXISTING VISA? (My visa validity is: August 2022 to August 2027)

I had an integrated masters degree in computer science for which I travelled to bangkok for my graduation ceremony as the course has been finished during the covid and graduated in dec 2022 (work expe of 1 yr 3mon) and I want to do masters in software engineering in san jose state university, but my visa got rejected now on june 5th 2024(i think the main reason was i mentioned i had masters and bachelors degree in my ds 160 so specifically by filling it seperately), so i am not understanding how to improve my profile and reapply for visa for this fall 2024. Please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! will there be a problem if i write integrated dual degree masters program and had a masters degree as my highest qualification or bachelors degree in my new ds 160 in one column only ? will the visa officer reject by seeing different thing ? please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How to say ans for what update have u done for ur profile since last rejection? and what reasons do u think for ur rejection any suggesyions for my profile and any analysis..................plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know a Canadian licensed agent based in punjab, they are really good do you want their contact number? bro mere 5 refusals ke baad aya hai visa meri profile the 60 overall pte n 48 % in bachelors mera fir bhe visa agyaaaa, I think IRCC agents are worth it.
