EDIT: you could test this by going out in the wildy and doing 1ags and 1 fang on a friend or alt 13-20 times and see if you get a kill or multiple kills in that frame. You're offering 1.3B - 2B so that means you could do my offer 13-20 times before you hit just 1 of your current offers.
