Cardan Spike Change + Bearing Adaptation Tainco Center

this ball bearing in the center obviously she works here in her position on this spigot but these days it is scarce to get this spigot as a spare the one that is available is this model this model is a little wider in diameter than the one we have already used so the Cardan center bearing its bearing is narrower than the new spigot, that's why we have to adapt the new center bearing, in this case it would be this one.
The center bearing works at the bottom of the Cardan shaft and obviously does not have the diameter, so we are going to do the adaptation process with a bushing as the bushing is much narrower than the entrance for this process we have to cut the bushing in
half two half-moons marry it at your work station weld it and then on the lathe rectify the diameter of the station where the new center bearing works we are going to start cutting this bushing that has the approximate diameter measurements to locate it at your work station we already have the two located on the spike in the part where the center bearing works
the two crescents now we are going to proceed to weld them I am going to use the equipment to do the welding.

Saludos cordiales mi estimado colega porke no soldasre la pieza estriada en la barra cardan y yasoldada torneas donde va la chumacera o balinera y yo en mis 45 años de tornero jamad trabaje con guantes es muy peligroso bendiciones desde Monterrey NL México y le mando su like 👍
