Just bought some Vibram material and your video is great. Better than most I have watched on making the Huaraches.
Not sure where you are located but it looks like the southwest Texas or NM. I grew up in the Hill Country of TX and it is very similar.

Where do you get the materials? And by the way, nice pair of feet on both of you!

Depending on foot size around 120 and 150 cm

Why don't u use the actual tire rubber material, thicker last longer like the real Raramiri huaraches...

Because the issue is to go bare foot or as close as possible

To second the first comment; what material do you prefer for the sole and where do you source it from?

The material I use is Vibram dune. I buy the material in www.curtidosanton.com/

@@apradase It's Vibram Mandorlo Dunas material right? The one you're using in the video is it 5 or 10 mm thick? And thank you for the video once again. It's very inspiring!

Yeah ... Interesting, but for me, barefoot is better 🦶🏼🦶🏼❗

Yes, I agree, but some of us need a transition, and for me, this works pretty good as such.

Yes, dear @@apradase , I understand this. But I made this transition earlier, since I was 2 years old (in 1963). Now I'm a convinced "barefoot hiker".
Anyway, the "flip-flops" were better than the "adidas" (especially in the snow) ❕🙂
