There are many different kinds of beauty.
The kind of beauty in the stars.
The beauty in a 1000 year old oak.
    A rose in the rain.
    The mystery of the ocean.
    And you.
The stars in your eyes, wisdom in your soul, strength in your heart, and everything you have yet to understand
If Allah ﷻ can revive the earth after its death, He can surely revive happiness in your broken heart
“To you belongs all praise, Ya Allah, in those moments where I lose my strength, so my weakness pulls me nearer to You.”
For every person you forgive, you heal a wound of your own.

I was a music producer that worked with many many big artist in the rap game and once I left that lifestyle I feel liberated… I have verses right now with really famous people and all I have to do is put my verse on it and enjoy performing in all the bars up and down the coast … but that lifestyle brings nothing but defeat in this Dunya even tho everyone seems to think it is a status thing and it brings success… I now know better … but hang in there Because I know exactly how you feel you wouldn’t believe how many people look at me no so much different now (lame/oddball) that I have abandoned the music and won’t DJ in the clubs anymore

Who cares since in Islam sometimes in Islam Haram things still Have compromise in certain condition i don't know if music have those and i respect people that give Fatwa all music is Haram but i don't Care this topic anymore because some Muslim scholars have different opinions like not all music is Haram so yeah who cares

Saying that certain types of hip hop/rap are bad at least has some logic to it ( since the lyrics can sometimes promote violence etc) however according to Islam classical music is also harmful to society, listening to a violin is harmful to society, listening to the piano is harmful to society.

I tought, it would be very hard for me, as someone, that listened to music every day (rap and this dirty kinds). Just delete it. Do you think your creator doesn't know what good and bad is for you??? Now, what are you waiting for, just delete it complete. In my experience, I don't miss this s...t.

There is something in music that somehow make people drawn into it. Besides the lyric its the vibration, frequency and energy that it projects and stimulates the body, heart and consciousness. But i realize that nowaday the content of music is getting much more negative, And we need to realise that its creating negative vibe. But interestingly about how we were taught to recite the quran, with beautiful voice its actually creating positive vibe. Deep, soothing vibration that u could almost feel it in your chest and middle of our forehead. Negative music that made us forget Allah s.w.t is a tool of syaitan. Its interesting that i also came across on Nikola tesla quote "To find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration." But what make me strongly believe that it can be proved by the words of Allah: “Verily, there has come to you from your Lord and a healing for the diseases (that are) in the chest and guidance and mercy for people who believe.” (Surah Yunus, verse 57). SubhanAllah, Allah s.w.t is truly the greatest.

    (8) Hadhrat Naafi' (radhiyallahu anhu) narrates: "Once when Hadhrat Abdullah Bin Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) heard the sound of a shepherd's flute, he placed his fingers in both ears (to block the sound of the music), and he diverted his mount from that path. (As they rode on), he would say: 'O Naafi', can you still hear (the sound)?' I would say: 'Yes.' He would then continue riding. only when I said: 'I can no longer hear it', did he remove his fingers from his ears. Then he returned to the road. He then said: 'I saw Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) doing like this when he had heard the flute of a shepherd." (Ahmad and Abu Dawood) This was the reaction of the devotees of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). They could not tolerate the voice of shaitaan. When music dinned into their ears, they literally plugged their ears with their fingers. By what stretch of reasoning and on what basis of shame and honesty can it be claimed that Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had permitted music and singing? He had described it as the voice of shaitaan. He would plug his ears to block the sound of shaitaan's voice entering his ears.

As a muslim, don't understand why people attribute music that is rife with ill speech to be equally evil to songs that do not have words of Kufr.
Evil people use words of Kufr, and dress it up in poetry, in stories, in music, and art, yet only music is prohibitted altogether? Furthermore the angels blow trumpets, and nowhere in any of the holy scriptures outright call musical instruments, or songs without kufr lyrics haram. - If I am incorrect and missing an ayat somewhere do let me know.
I genuinely think the teachings of the prophet are not understood in their full context here. Do please someone let me know if they have other proof towards music and instruments in their entirety being haram and not just those that are misused. I fear shirk and will not mindlessly follow teachers until I see for a fact that their points are true.

Muslims see beauty in nature, in architecture, in clothing, etc but why cant they see beauty in music? Can they see not the hard work and the craft that goes into a musical composition? Its not like a drug that gets you high with no effort, it's hard to make something that sounds beauitiful, and to appreciate why it sounds the way it does.
Clearly they can at least appreciate basic harmony, as the outro demonstrates

Some music like ambient or dub electronic music can be very peaceful, meditative, and psychologically therapeutic. It helps to balance your energy and I have seen it’s positive effects in my own life. But at the same time, I can understand that mainstream pop, rap, and rock genres can be extremely detrimental to someone due to its explicit content and exciting the heart and mind.
I listen to music that ONLY brings peace and calmness. You are the captain of your ship. You decide how you guide it. Don’t blame your weakness on EVERY music that exists. Just saying. Allah knows best.

Salam alaikum. I used to be a big fan of music. But time after time I discovered certain things about music. All lyrics are based on lies and idle speech, doesnt matter if it is artistic. I decided to only listen to the beat of a song, doesnt matter what kind of lyrics. Later i showed interest in making beats, but only lofi, cause it has no vocals. But be careful listening to music, you dont know how a song is sampled. You dont know for example if a sample from a reversed chopped ayah is used, while you like the song!
After watching tutorials and practicing my skills, the way a beat is structured, it bored me. A lot of music sounds the same. I decided to quit investing my time in it, because i dont want to be responsible for my sold beats if it is used for a satanic song (for example). I had never sold a beat online alhamdulillah.
The thing about music is, it is very strong, especially when it is in your heart. There is no place for music and quran in the heart. Dont you feel a contradiction when you listening to whatever song and afterwards listening to a surah? It is weird
The point is music is distracting, doesnt matter how nice the song is and feels. Music gives you feelings that arent there.
Also music can give you certain substances releases from your brain, i forgot if it was dopamine or serotonine. It is the chemical that gives you a happy feeling. If the music soothes you or relaxes you, then the love for music is strong. The brain is easy to trick! The brain makes you forget seeing your nose to the one who is reading this long comment, while the nose never left (unless you are focussing on your nose now haha).
For me it is still hard to quit in one go, but little by little my interest in music gets lesser and lesser. Music is something to fill your timespace only if you want to (I mean if press play by own action)
As you get older (33) you will notice what is more important and less important and I noticed my hearing gets lesser! Allah reminded me!
May Allah help us quit liking and listening to music. May Allah forgive us for our sins. May Allah give us Jannah. May Allah protect us from Jahannam. May Allah give nur in our graves. May Allah expand our graves and give us comfort. May Allah help us being good for our parents and family. May Allah help us us not being hard towards ourselves and eachother. Ameen

Reading the quran and praying 5 times a day is glorifying God. If he wanted us to sing and dance about him, he would have given us instructions to do so.

    • @urbanexmike
      @urbanexmike 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@zishan187 psalms says dancing to glorify god is ok
      Psalms 149:3
"Let them praise his name with dancing...Praise him with tambourine and dance"
      Psalms 150:3-6
"Praise him with the timbrel and dance: Praise him with stringed instruments and organs"
Dancing can be a significant form of worship that expresses joy and gratitude, and can include waving arms, clapping, swaying, and listening to music. In 2 Samuel 6:14-22, David dances before the Lord as an example of surrendering to God in worship.
The Bible also includes passages that mention music as a way to praise God:
      1 Corinthians 14:15
"What am I to do? I will pray with my spirit, but I will pray with my mind also; I will sing praise with my spirit, but I will sing with my mind also"
But it also says dancing and music are not always presented in a positive light in the Bible. For example, in Mark 7:7, Jesus condemns adopting rituals and practices that do not have a Biblical basis. Also, in Exodus 32:19, the Israelites dance before a golden calf in worship, which Moses considers to be wicked and idolatrous
