I didn't bend the stern planks, I shaped the lower one to fit the top of the transom and then likewise the top of the upper one. I think it was quicker and easier in the long run, or at least I found it so. Just shows there is no one right answer only the right result and it's taken me a while to understand that.
May I have your advise. The main structure board (no.1 to 13)but I mixed up the no.5 to no.8, the low deck has been fixed. How to dismount all parts? By stream to soften the glue? Thanks

Hi Eugene, yes if you have used wood glue steam should alow the parts to be separated. good luck
