It's more like if it's impossible and somewhat spammy, it's black MIDI. But you do bring up an interesting side-point -- where the line is drawn is very subjective. You can have a 10,000 note 20 second song or a 100,000 note 15 minute song, and one could argue that the former is "blacker" than the latter. Also an aside: I didn't make this MIDI. :P
The first three letters of the title are similar to the letters get russian swear word and the next three ones get translit of that word i look to "Xepher" and see "Х*р h*r"
