A good moderator should not interrupt his guest so many times in a mumbling tone while the other person is still speaking. It would be helpful if the guest didn’t let so many of his responses trail off into a mumble. A very interesting interview between two very knowledgeable people with, unfortunately, far too many details being lost due to mumbling and interruptions.
The D's need to select a replacement not because Biden is doing poorly, which he is not, but because the younger candidate will have a big advantage in 2024. It looks like DiSantis might get the chance for the R's, but who can the D's pick? How about Beto who might have a chance in Texas which would put the D's over the top. Recently he stood up to a heckler in a pleasant way, not bashing him a la Trump, and won over a lot of the audience.

Republicans are passing so many laws that allow for others to change the results of elections on state and local levels, we may be joining Hungary, China, Russia...where voting has nothing to do with selecting who gets seats in Congress or wins the Presidency.
