Also, you can get clear iron on vinyl and make your own laminated fabric if you can't find a laminated fabric in a print you're looking for. I bought a package from Walmart and that's how I made my cousin's diaper changing pad. Just make sure the packaging says you can sew with it.

Hey probably! If it’s for yourself then go for it! Maybe check with the mom to be if not. You could actually use one to cover a changing pad too.
