Now it's been almost 2 days since without my number I tried everything from emailing them, in app supoort, and I emailed them as well from the whatsapp support website. It's not letting me do anything pretty much so I don't know what too do

Go to the app and use help to contact WhatsApp Support. There's no guarantees they'll respond.
