If you want a better result, just graft them with old dragonfruit cactus.
Not only dragonfruit have better roots system, they're also thicc enough to store more nutrients compared to the skinny stem of epiphyllum.
I grafted one four months ago, a freshly cut dragonfruit (no-root) stock with epiphyllum scion (±10cm leaf) planted in trichoderma-rich black soil.
Now it already has about five ±30cm leaves and start flowering.

semi sombra humedad constantemente pero no encharcamiento . sustrato liviano de materia orgánica como fibra de Coco y tierra de hojas o sustrato para orquídeas.
