LIVINGbasics™ One Cup Coffee Maker - What you should know before buying

I posted this video several weeks ago as a negative review of this product but I was wrong. This is an edited repost of the same video correcting my blunder and changing my recommendation to a "conditional buy" from "do not buy".
The Back Story:
My Kuerig one cup coffee maker gave up the ghost recently forcing me to replace it. If I remember correctly we paid about $150 dollars for it around 8 years ago. In recent years we were using it infrequently but still enjoyed the convenience it provided when a single cup of coffee was needed.
This created a dilemma when it came time to choose a replacement. I knew I did not want to spend $150 dollars again for an item that was not going to be used very often. I also wanted a slimmer version than the previous one to save counterspace. An extensive online search led me to the LIVINGbasics™ model which was coincidently on sale through many of its online distributors.
I was not completely satisfied with this purchase at first but had decided to keep the machine because it does the job it was intended for. Now I am glad that I gave it a chance.
