I’ve made this recipe myself and the sugar somehow works personally when I make this recipe I just eat the patty over rice with sriracha it’s really delicious.
It helps with digestion and much more. Kimchi is even made from cabbage and its very healthy for you. Koreans eat alot of fruits and vegetables with every meal and during the day.
It seems to have spread instead of a sweet sauce with sugar. There is no other colorful sauce except ketchup. So maybe the sum of sugars will be lower or equal compared to others.

요즘은 토스트가 화려해 졌지만 나 어릴때만 해도 창동토스트가 다였는데 정말 기본에 충실한 토스트 기본적인 맛이 오래가고 잊혀지지 않는 것 같아요 아직 집에서 해먹는 토스트 창동토스트 정말 손 크시네 며느님 어머님과 비교해 만만치 않아요

It's just eggs with cabbage. I can imagine a person eating 1 of those huge sandwiches in the morning. You'll just be super grassy.

햄이나 치즈가들어간것도아니고 2500이면 지값다받는격이네ㅋ 글고 빵이랑안에내용물이랑 비율맞게어우러져야 맛있지 속만저렇게크다고 맛있는아님ㅎ
