His Live Show....Sheesh..WORDS cannot describe it. I have heard all his music and the live presence he and his band brings is by far the best show I have ever been to. Finally saw him at Old National Center in Indianapolis on the 12th of June. Just Incredible! The happiest I have been in quite some time.
Pretty friggin cool! ;-) Hope you get some recognition here in the USA!! Ironic.. all the talent that seems to have come from Down Under to get famous abroad, and yet you did it the other way round!
He's been around since 1998, has 6 studio albums and has been Touring the world and across the US to sold out shows since 2002. So I'm pretty sure by now he's recognized.
+Neliith just giving u a piece of ur own meds.. no need for u to send that message also.. what was it like 30 weeks ago.. lol i also don't use capital letters or anything and honestly i dun give a shit. the fact that u didn't even notice that must meen u really are terrible at reading.. I'm so sorry! however, this wasn't even what i meant.. u said it was the stupidest thing uv read... if that's really so then u must not be reading a lot. the fact that i have to explain this makes u even to stupid to insult so stop fckng hating and start livin and I'll do the same. dun mind my english it's not my native language ;)
it's actually not as hard as it seems. use your index or middle finger for the open first or second string (depending on the verse) and your thumb for the rest. maybe I'll record a cover of it next week, if I got the time. BTW the tuning is f'ing weird: it's D-A-D-F#-A-D
timonjur Thank you so much but the fingerpicking for me is quite complex. If you could post a cover (or a small tut as to how he picks the strings, itd be super)
timonjur That's actually an extremely common open tuning (open D). JB usually uses Open G or C (CGDGBD and CGCGCE), also both are quite popular. And you're right, it's not that difficult if you have experience with fingerstyle and travis picking.

Not sure, but perhaps DGDGAD
I think the tuning may be CBDGBD, it sounds very close to the one used in Losin' Yo.
It's D A D F# A D :)
the fingerpicking part is not that hard but how on earth do u strum so fast...?
Fake nails ;)
+Josh H How does fake nails improve strum speed? Most stupid thing I've read ^^
U must have just learned how to read?
+goeiemorrege1 Says the person who uses u instead of you. But enlighten me, what do you mean by that?
