The battery needs to be replaced after a duration on 5-7 yrs depending on usage which will be approx 50-70% which will be min 50-70k.
Also consider the oppurtunity cost of differential amount that we lose when we buy EV.
EV is no way a cheaper option and then there are quality issues.
So for a 10 yr period you need to replace the battery twice.

I had used electric scooter for 3 year 2013-15. Very very bad experience. And koi paise nhi bachte. Sare paise battery and other maintainance me chale jate h

And you also missed the liberty of long drives, no charging wait time(specially in emergency situations), no range anxiety, local mechanic (road side) support, workshops/service centers available nearby(Ola ka bhut bekar h). Water running capacity in rainy season and mud like conditions (in fields/ khet) or bhi bhut kuch. Even weight handling capacity bhi bhut alag h. Petrol scooter aap night me bhi ghumne/night outs pe ya emergency situations me drive kar ke le ja sakte ho without any pre-planning. Ev leke jao vapis hi nhi aa paoge without charging on any charging station.
Aap ki bachat to uski battery me hi chali jayega 😂

Aise to Royal Enfield bullet bhi ati h uski resale bhi compare kar sakte h hum agar bajaj ka example aap bta rhe ho but it's not good. So be fare and compare ola vs activa. If you drive activa for 5 years with 600 km monthly than it would be far less than ola battery + running cost and with all other anxiety relief + still have better resale after 10 years. 1 can easily compare motor and plastic body of ola with engine and metal body of activa even after 10 years of use or 15.
I already had electric scooter experience of 3 years(2013-2015). I can tell you it's a headache and not worthy at all.

You didn’t take into account the speed and the weight that IC engines are much more capable than EVs. Plus just like fuel consumption, battery degradation also depends on the conditions of ride.
You need to change the ola battery in 5-7 years
The battery price itself is 70000 to 80000.
If may be possible you need to change in 4-5 years the battery cost still the same
it will come down after 5 to 6 years, also new battery installation will help you drive and save petrol cost for another set of 5 or 7 years , when the petrol will be almost 200 rs. litre
