Here's a guy who's been battling diabetes all his life. Recently he was diagnosed with cancer. I personally felt bad when I heard. I started to question God. Why does He let bad things happen to good people like Gary V.. And yet here he is, singing praises to God as if nothing's wrong in his life. Ministering to all of us amidst his own battles. Here he is inspiring us all with his songs. You put me to shame sir. I easily complain to God when I go through something difficult. I envy your faith and your trust in God. I pray that I'd have faith in God as big as yours. Thank you sir Gary for inspiring us all. May God bless you with good health and long life so you can continue being a blessing to all of us.
We people often questions God when we are in struggle when we are in our trying times. ISAIAH 55:8-9 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways declares the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. We don't always agree with how God is running the world and our lives, but the truth is God makes the rules, not us. When we hold on to our faith it brings honor to God. Remember that God expects you to trust Him absolutely even in a hopeless situations.

I have not prayed for almost 20 years Gary. I turned away from Him as I thought He has forsaken me. Today I just prayed again after listening to your songs. I had ruptured aneurysm last June. My family was devastated. But I am now in recovery. I listen and watch this video every morning. It's part of my morning prayers. I feel this song so much. People do think I am amazing because of my recovery, but they don't know how scared and worried I am because this happened to me. I still have bad days and feel useless , helpless and a burden. But my Lord is here to keep me strong . Thank you for this song, Gary.
Don’t forget those essential workers like the grocery store workers, delivery truck drivers, pharmacy workers, hospital admin workers, etc. They too are risking their lives to make sure we still have foods to buy & eat, medicines to take for our pre-existing conditions, & carrying out administrative responsibilities in the hospitals. If a hazard pay is possible, even better. They, too, deserve recognition just like the doctors, nurses, etc.

this song really depicts our frontliners who are out there beside those people with this deadly virus. what we see are warriors, who doesn't show weakness when they are with the patients. they must look strong even with their co-workers so as to boost their morale. but, when they are alone, they cry thinking about their own families, they were thinking if they themselves already has the virus. but, the true warrior they are, they go back to the frontline armed with their smiles, dedication, and care. we salute you frontliners! mabuhay kayong lahat!
being a nurse, a frontliner is hard. You always have that "fear" bothering you, that every end of your shift you ask your self "Am I getting the Virus too?, I hope and I pray not" because when I get home, i'm also just like everyone else.. We need our PPE, gloves, mask, googles or shields as our "Armors" to fight, but deep inside these armors, every frontliners have fears, others have tears..But our profession is our calling, we have to have courage, presence of minds and critical thinking everyday to make sure we are winning this battle.. And I hope we will.....

I recall the occasion when I was meant to celebrate my birthday at home but ended up in the hospital, and I recall the day when I learned that my cousin had CKD on my birthday. NOSTALGIC. Reminds me of how this helped me cope up with my problems since I was a kid, around 7 or 8 years old. I remember crying to this specific song whenever I get discouraged as a child for the very little things (and it REALLY helped me anchor my hope in God). As time went by, I used to understand it clearly little by little, which didn't actually change how I used to understand this, but somehow deepened my interpretation of the song, which really made it one of my life songs up until now that I'm nearly 22! My husband who's the same age as Gary V also battling with diabetes... He is not outspoken about God , for him his faith is in silence.. Many times his sugar gets to each peak we would always run to the hospital for he will be attacked in stomach pain and he would throw up continuously... His maintenance will not beneficial when sugar level spike, he needs Doctors assistance when that happens... I don't know how he would talk to God for he is not so open of talking the name of the Lord inside our home... How i wish he would stand up his battle like what Gary V does... His diabetes worries me a lot.. Thank you for keeping us inspired through your story and song Sir Gary V... May God continue blessings you with all the strength to fight your battle.. This prayer always ask to God for my husband as well.. 🙏

Here's the eldest daughter fighting alone, trying to be STRONG. I have 2 brothers and they both have kids but they're still studying. I'm a product of a broken family too. Now, I'm taking care of my nephew while working. I'm also giving them most of my salary. I am now afraid to commit into a relationship because I just don't want my partner to carry the burden that I have. I still praise the Lord because he's always there for me. He's giving me the strength that I really need.

I had ruptured aneurysm last June. My family was devastated. But I am now in recovery. I listen and watch this video every morning. It's part of my morning prayers. I feel this song so much. People do think I am amazing because of my recovery, but they don't know how scared and worried I am because this happened to me. I still have bad days and feel useless , helpless and a burden. But my Lord is here to keep me strong . Thank you for this song, Gary.

Don’t forget those essential workers like the grocery store workers, delivery truck drivers, pharmacy workers, hospital admin workers, etc. They too are risking their lives to make sure we still have foods to buy & eat, medicines to take for our pre-existing conditions, & carrying out administrative responsibilities in the hospitals. If a hazard pay is possible, even better. They, too, deserve recognition just like the doctors, nurses, etc.

being a nurse, a frontliner is hard. You always have that "fear" bothering you, that every end of your shift you ask your self "Am I getting the Virus too?, I hope and I pray not" because when I get home, i'm also just like everyone else.. We need our PPE, gloves, mask, googles or shields as our "Armors" to fight, but deep inside these armors, every frontliners have fears, others have tears..But our profession is our calling, we have to have courage, presence of minds and critical thinking everyday to make sure we are winning this battle.. And I hope we will.....

NOSTALGIC. Reminds me of how this helped me cope up with my problems since I was a kid, around 7 or 8 years old. I remember crying to this specific song whenever I get discouraged as a child for the very little things (and it REALLY helped me anchor my hope in God). As time went by, I used to understand it clearly little by little, which didn't actually change how I used to understand this, but somehow deepened my interpretation of the song, which really made it one of my life songs up until now that I'm nearly 22!

My husband who's the same age as Gary V also battling with diabetes... He is not outspoken about God , for him his faith is in silence.. Many times his sugar gets to each peak we would always run to the hospital for he will be attacked in stomach pain and he would throw up continuously... His maintenance will not beneficial when sugar level spike, he needs Doctors assistance when that happens... I don't know how he would talk to God for he is not so open of talking the name of the Lord inside our home... How i wish he would stand up his battle like what Gary V does... Here's the eldest daughter fighting alone, trying to be STRONG. I have 2 brothers and they both have kids but they're still studying. I'm a product of a broken family too. Now, I'm taking care of my nephew while working. I'm also giving them most of my salary. I am now afraid to commit into a relationship because I just don't want my partner to carry the burden that I have. I still praise the Lord because he's always there for me. He's giving me the strength that I really need.
