Hi, does my independent hours have to be exactly 1200 out of 2000? What happens if my independent hours is a bit higher than 1200, but the total fieldwork still reaches 2000 hours? I was still able to accrue 60% unrestricted. And also the percent of hours supervised can be more than 20%? This is for the supervised track.
what happens if you have a month where the supervisor didn't supervise you with your client at all? like maybe they supervised you in meetings or 1 on 1 but did not when the client was present..do those hours in that month count for something?
Now that the BACB removed the tracker as it is optional, how do we correct code errors that we may have if the technical support team doesn't exist anymore?
For the unrestricted % on data analysis, is it calculating the % out of 100? For example, I complete my 2,000 hours and 1200 of them were logged as unrestricted (which means I have completed my hours), will the % of unrestricted hours show 100% or 60%?
what the heck is concentrated supervision? I have looked up the meaning of it as well but it is still not clear. Does concentrated supervision help us earn more hours? Please explain. What would be considered concentrated supervision?
Oh my god I’ve been struggling with this, thank you so so much for this!!!
We are so happy to help!! :)
Wondering if you did one for 2023? And thank you, this one was helpful too.
This is very helpful. Thank you for sharing.
i wish this was still available !!
The BACB removed their Fieldwork Tracker from their website. Is there anywhere else I can get one? Making one from scratch sounds so tedious. Thanks!
This video helped me so much. It helped clarify how to input information. Thank you so much. If I have further questions how can I reach you?
Does anyone know if the concentrated fieldwork hours are automatically weighted on this tracker?

@allaboutaba thank you! What happens if you select you want to take exam before 2022, can you later change it?
@allaboutaba this is great, thank you. If my agency has several BCBAs that supervise me, do I need a contract with all of them?
I believe that you do. I’ll allow her to answer, but based on my experience (the company I work with), you need a contract per bcba
thank you so much!!
Is this the tracker to use for the 5th edition?

Question dont you have to have completed grad school and the 1000 hours of unrestricted hours first cause my option would be "NO" ?

omg I didn't even know this?? 😳
Hi Since when has this change occured? How do we know if it applies to us as well? Thank you

@allaboutaba if I choose the option to take exam before 2022, can I later change the tracker choice if I dont make it by 2022?

It looks like the fieldwork tracker was removed by the BCBA, is there anywhere else we can obtain one?
Try teachers pay teachers, they have some free options!
But the tracker is optional. The Supervisee needs a unique tracking system.
@Angela Tennant it clearly states it on the bacb website. If you get audited they want the unique tracker not theirs.
