As for your projects, I'm probably the worst person to advise you but, in my experience, I tend to look at my project list and work on something that peaks my interest for that week. Mark it’s the dilemma we all face, I have started to finish an army at a time for bolt action just finishing my British paras as I watched your video. Although occasionally I do like to assemble other miniatures in preparation for undercoating on a sunny uk day 😂
Yes that mountain of opportunity can soon build up on you, I’ve certainly been there. I ended up focusing on one project at a time, it gave me the illusion of getting on top of things😂

Ditch the carriers. Focus on one army at a time. I would go boss eyed painting the epic

I'd concentrate on one thing, with the occasional break into other stuff for a bit of variety.
