What do you think would be best for doubles, if you're pretty balanced of front and back? I kind of just want a racket that will give me good power, but not sacrifice on the speed aspect, for defense and drives
Im torn between the new gen 3 astrox 88D, 88S, Axforce 80 and Axforce 100? I also looked at the Astrox 77 pro and Victor TKFE, but i feel like the Axforce 80/Astrox 88S are just better versions of those?
I almost want to justify the axforce 100, just because it looks so awesome, but I've been out of the racket game for a while now (just using cheap oliver rackets), and want to get a nice one, but i feel like it may be too heavy for doubles defense?
For reference, I'm like lower university level player, so low advanced?

Hey Sabastian! I totally understand where you are coming from. It is a struggle to get started on your first "nice" racket. Based on the information you provided, you definitely want a racket in 4U. Axforce 100 may be too daunting right now as the stiffness + head heaviness of this racket is hard to get use to unless you have a previous background with such specs. For now, you should consider between Axforce 80 or Astrox 88D/88S pro. Keep in mind that Astrox 88S pro is not as head heavy. It is the faster option out of the two while sacrificing a bit of power. If you watched the Astrox 88D/S video, my go to is the Astrox 88D. Power felt great while speed was still fine "for me". I mentioned Axforce 80 as it is medium flex while still head heavy. This one would probably be easier for you to transition into rather than straight to a stiff racket.

Between Axforce 100 and 88d pro 3rd gen, which do you prefer? It would be nice to see a comparison video between these 2 new rackets.

That is a tough choice! If I had to choose one though... 88d pro 3rd gen. It feels easier to use when compared to Axforce 100 but only ever so slightly. Both certainly feel amazing but if you are more singles oriented, maybe Axforce 100 while 88d pro for doubles.

Personally, out of the three options, I would go for 88d pro gen3 :)
