Great Video, but a couple of reforms that you suggested seem like catch 22 For example, You talked about "Assured tenure" for an IPS officer or IAS officer so that he feels secured in the job and take decisions without fear. BUT If most of the IAS officers are corrupt and an honest IAS officer is an exception rather than a rule then "assured tenure" will only enable them to do more corruption. Same applies for the other point, if the government tries to transfer him and he again takes an equivalent powerful position then again the entire exercise is rendered futile. My assumption here is that determination of whether an officer is corrupt/honest, is determined by his goodwill/perception that he has created and not based on whether he is convicted under the law or not, it will take a long time for the government to get rid of a corrupt officer with due process of law therefore if they can transfer him to a less powerful position then at least they are minimising the damage. In other words, it is a potential safeguard/check & balance.
Valid points. I guess it's the final the point in Sir's solution which ultimately holds out i.e. we need to reform our political values and talk about the right issues, the rest would come automatically.
You know how tough is to get into the service. And how skilled and talented they are which have only here in India . In India civil service not the last option for anyone it's their ambition of life so get corrupt people straight up is highly unlikely
Same applies to bullying in Indian schools . Nowadays situation in better with CCTVS and student standing up for themselves immediately. But 10 yrs back then there was no such thing. Kids problems were small problems. Vulnerability is biggest misfortune.

Better to introduce Artificial Intelligence cops. Having said that it’s not an easy task. Awareness has to be generated in the society. Easy reforms are to be made which should enable police to work peacefully with out or minimized political interface. I nice video, as always I enjoy watching your videos.
Comparison with a hospital in clarifying administrative dispensation is a flawed idea. A police officer is mandated to comply with only lawful order. Here , issue is not of discretion rather legality. A junior Doctor may be advised on medication method and dose administration . No code or thump rule exists.
